Research And Design Of The Core Function Of PLM System For Animal Husbandry

At present,there are many problems in domestic animal husbandry industry.For example,the backward management technology cannot guarantee the yield level and scientific feeding,which leads to the blood relationship between livestock,poor cub survival and nonstandard postpartum care and such a series of problems.Therefore,it is an urgent task to strengthen the monitoring,and to implement the digitalization and fine management of livestock feeding.However,PLM system can realize the enterprise to establish a more detailed,complete and scientific integrated structure system with digital characteristics.At the same time,relevant data information of participants should be summarized as early as possible,so as to find out problems and solve them in time.In addition,during the operation of the whole system,the real-time and effective monitoring of data management,workflow management and authority management in each link can be realized,so as to realize the functions of automation,retrospective and supervisory and facilitate the realization of automatic management.The core function of PLM system for animal husbandry is mainly to achieve the acquisition,storage,management and processing of daily production data,as well as the management of workflow and permission configuration.We mainly discuss the design idea and technical design scheme of the bottom layer for the core functions of the livestock farming PLM system in this paper.Based on the actual needs of the cooperative units,the design of organizational structure design of the bottom layer of the system,data management,the workflow model and the RBAC model are completed in this paper.Finally,the realization of the core functions of the underlying software system is illustrated.Based on the actual needs of livestock farming industry and combined with the specific requirements of laboratory cooperative enterprises,the research and design of the core functions of the bottom layer of PLM system for animal husbandry are carried out in this paper.The main contents of this paper include the following:(1)From the core functions of the organizational structure and architecture,data management,workflow management and authority management needs analysis,summary of the core functions of the system.(2)From the perspective of data management technology,workflow technology,classical access control model theory and other core functions,and the underlying key technology theory is studied.(3)This paper presents the basic design of the core functions of livestock PLM system,which includes the data storage,transmission,workflow-based production tool management and role-based permission management,and then presents the corresponding application results.Experiments show that the underlying design of the core functions of PLM system for animal husbandry can well meet the functional requirements of data management,workflow management and authority management.At the same time,the improved access algorithm for RBAC model in this paper effectively improves the efficiency of obtaining user access and meets the system requirements.
