Fei peach(Prunus persica cv.Feicheng)is a unique peach variety in Feicheng City of Shandong Province and even in China.It is also one of the famous and excellent fruit products in China.At present,Feicheng city has established several cultivation bases for Feicheng peaches,covering an area of more than 100,000 Mu and yielding 160 million kg.The economic and social benefits are significant,which is an important industrial support for Feicheng.At present,the incidence rate of Fei peach gummosis disease in Feicheng City is serious damaged.It has caused serious losses to the production and sales of Fei peach.This paper conducted a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the incidence of Feicheng peach gummosis disease,a large number of samples was collected and through separation and identification,the taxonomic status of the disease was determine.The disease factors of each Fei peach producing area in Feicheng City were analyzed,which including the varieties,tree age,cultivation conditions,By identifying the pathogens and analyzing the pathogenic factors,it provides a reference for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of peach gummosis disease,and has a high practical value in the prevention and treatment of the fat peach gummosis disease.The result were as follow.:1.Identification of Pathogen of Fei peach Five main peach producing areas in Feicheng City were surveyed,such as Peach Garden in Xishangli Village,Peach Garden in Dongshangli Village and Peach Garden in Liutai Village,From 2016 to 2018,125 samples were collected and 160 strains were isolated.Colony and fruiting body morphology,morphological characteristics and BLAST comparison and virulence test were used to identify the pathogen.106 strains belonged to Botryosphaeria spp and to the total number of separations 66.2%,which Botryosphaeria dothidea was 100 strains and to the total number of separations 62.5%,Botryosphaeria obtusa was 5 strains and to the total number of separations 3.1%,Lasiodiplodia theobroma was 1 strains and to the total number of separations 0.6%.the total Fusarium spp.was 54 strains and to the total number of separations 33.8%,which Fusarium lteritium was 26 strains and to the total number of separations 16.3%,Fusarium fujikuroie was 15 strains and to the total number of separations 9.4%.Fusarium proliferatum was 10 strains and to the total number of separations 6%.Fusarium oxysporum was 3 strains and to the total number of separations 1.9%.all the result showed that the Botryosphaeria dothidea and Fusarium lteritium were major pathogen caused Fei peach gummosis disease.2.The pathogenetic factors of peach gummosis disease were determined According to the continuous investigation from 2016 to 2018,the incidence of peach gummosis in Feicheng City was very serious.The average incidence of peach gummosis in the five survey areas was 61.77%,and the highest incidence ratewas to 88%.By analyzing the incidence factors of Feicheng peach flow gummosis disease,it can be seen that the fat peach gummosis disease can occur february to november of the year,and the peak incidence during the year is June and August.The average incidence rate of red nectar was 81%,the average incidence of peach nectar was 74%,and the average incidence of The incidence of 2-year-old peach gummosis is lower than that of 5-year-old and 10-year-old peach trees.The younger the tree age,the lower the incidence.The incidence of rubber disease in Taoyuan with high topography,light and good drainage is relatively light.The 2×3m densely planted peach orchard peach gum has a low incidence of gummosis.The roots of algae should be applied in the spring of March,2.5 kg per acre,mixed with the soil and evenly spread under the tree.After the flowers fall in May,the bean cake is applied,5 kg per mu,and evenly laid under the tree after mashing,6 In the middle of the month,the sheep manure was applied at a rate of 3.5 kg per mu,mixed with the soil and evenly spread underground.At the end of March and early October,the diseased branches and branches were cleaned up,which was enough to reduce the incidence of peach gummosis.The results of the above investigation could provide a technical plan for the effective prevention and control of the disease.
