In this experiment,six cotton varieties were selected as test materials,and two large-scale conventional cotton varieties were promoted,namely,Xinluzhong No.38 and J206-5 as controls,and four F2 hybrid cottons,18-1883 and 18-1887,respectively.H602 and H628,under the same planting density(14,000 plants/mu),high-yield cultivation management,comparison of agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indexes,fiber quality indicators and yields of conventional cotton and F2 hybrid cotton,analysis of routine The differences between cotton varieties and hybrid cotton varieties were explored,and the degree of hybrid cotton traits was explored.The theoretical basis for screening hybrid cotton combinations suitable for planting in Alar region was made.1.The difference between the growth period of conventional cotton varieties and F2 hybrid cotton is not obvious.The growth period of F2 hybrid cotton is shorter than that of conventional cotton varieties.The F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883,18-1887 has higher plant height than conventional cotton varieties.High,showing strong heterosis,the stem length of F2 hybrid cotton is lower than that of conventional cotton variety J206-5,higher than Xinluzhong No.38,and the H602 stem coarse index is weak,F2 hybrid cotton H602,H628 has a lower rate of shedding than 18-1883 and18-1887,indicating that the F2 hybrid cotton has a weaker bell-tie rate.2.In the comparison between conventional cotton varieties and F2 hybrid cotton,the distribution coefficient of dry matter accumulation of cotton vegetative organs is quite different,and the dry matter partition coefficient of vegetative organs gradually decreases with the growth cycle.The distribution coefficient of dry matter accumulation in the reproductive organs of the conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38 and F2 hybrid cotton H602 and 18-1883 was higher.The total dry matter accumulation of F2 hybrid cotton H602 was higher than that of the conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38.The dry matter accumulation in the late growth stage of cotton showed an upward trend and did not show a downward trend.The upper,middle and lower leaves of conventional cotton and F2 hybrid cotton plants showed that the net photosynthetic rate of F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883,18-1887,H602 and H628 was significantly higher than that of conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38 and J206-5.The stomatal conductance showed that the stomatal conductance of F2 hybrid cotton 18-1887,H602,H628 was significantly higher than that of conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38 and J206-5,and the intercellular CO2 concentration of conventional cotton variety J206-5 was significantly higher than that of F2.The hybrid transpiration rate showed that the transpiration rate of F2 hybrid cotton18-1887 and H628 was significantly higher than that of conventional cotton varieties.3.F2 generation hybrid cotton 18-1887,H628 net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate is significantly higher than the conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38,J206-5,cotton functional leaf chlorophyll content in addition to the inverted three leaves,F2 generation The SPAD value of hybrid cotton 18-1883 was inverted and the four leaves were inverted.The SPAD value of 18-1887 was always higher than that of conventional cotton varieties.The anti-reverse enzymes of cotton during the whole growth period,F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883,superoxide disproportionation The activity of the enzyme(SOD)is higher than that of the conventional cotton variety J206-5.The activity of F2 hybrid cotton 18-1887,H628 peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)was higher than that of conventional cotton variety Xinluzhong No.38 and J206-5.4.Compared with F2 hybrid cotton,the yield of F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883,18-1887 was higher than that of conventional cotton varieties.F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883,H628 single boll number,single boll weight,and clothing traits showed the separation of the weakening direction,showing the strong heterosis of F2 hybrid cotton.The best performance of the total number of bolls in conventional cotton and F2 hybrid cotton is H628.The best performance of single boll weight in conventional cotton and F2 hybrid cotton is J206-5.The best performance of seed cotton yield F2 hybrid cotton.Both are H628,and the best performance of the clothing in conventional cotton and F2 hybrid cotton is H602.5.Compared with the quality traits of F2 hybrid cotton fiber,the quality index of F2 hybrid cotton 18-1883 and H628 fiber is better than that of conventional cotton variety J206-5.Although fiber traits are separated,it is compared with conventional cotton quality.The separation is not serious.The frequency distribution of the high frequency of H602 strain between 40 cm and49.9cm is higher than that of other varieties,indicating that the heterosis of H602 is weak.The crude frequency of H628 stem is mainly concentrated above 6.0cm~12cm,which is higher than the high frequency of conventional cotton varieties.There is no separation of stem traits,which shows the strong heterosis of F2 hybrid cotton.After the agronomic traits of four varieties of F2 hybrid cotton,the coefficient of variation of agronomic traits of 18-1887 was weaker than other varieties.In summary,from the comparison between conventional cotton and four F2 hybrid cotton varieties,the agronomic traits and fiber quality of the three hybrid cottons 18-1883,18-1887 and H628 were not seriously analyzed.Both of them show strong heterosis of hybrid cotton,and the yield and quality traits are superior to conventional cotton varieties.In particular,some good hybrid cottons can be used as supplements for southern Xinjiang upland cotton varieties,but the H602 traits are more serious,and the advantages of hybrid cotton Weak.
