Bacillus spp.is a kind of aerobic and facultative anaerobic Gram-positive rod-shaped bacteria,which can produce endospores of resistance.In the biological characteristics,Bacillus subtilis has the typical characteristics of Bacillus,which has strong resistance,rapid growth,adapt to a wide range of advantages.On the one hand,Bacillus subtilis secreted the antimicrobial substances have inhibition to pathogenic fungi,bacteria and virus,its research and applications in the field of biological pesticides is very extensive.On the other hand,Bacillus subtilis have a certain role on the growth of crops,can achieve the effect of increasing production.Furthermore,it is easy to made of microbial agents,and easy to storage transport,which conducive to achieving large-scale production.Therefore,Bacillus subtilis has good application prospects and great potential for development.In order to develop a better Bacillus microbial agents,the present study by flat growth-promoting confrontation and sunflower experiment for screening Biocontrol best of Bacillus strains SYST2.We have chosen microbial agents as the bacterialstrain to the field experiment on marrow and sunflower and potato in Inner Mongolia.We investigation and statistics its physiology of marrow and sunflower and potato in each growth stages,which can describe the growth promotion and disease prevention effects of microbial agents to marrow and sunflower and potato.Through the experiments we found that microbial agents has a preventive effect on marrow to increase the yield per mu,heavy plate,fruit weight,kernel weight,plumpness,area yield and has a preventive effect to Marrow Sclerotinia.It have a good preventive effect on sunflower to increase the yield per mu,heavy plate,disc diameter,kernel weight and has a preventive effect to Sunflower Sclerotinia.It also have a good preventive effect on the potato to increase the yield per mu,plant height,root length,fresh weight,root fresh weight and has a preventive effect to Potato Scab.We have done the experiment with growth and disease prevention of Bacillus subtilis SYST2 on marrow in Inner Mongolia.The marrow field experiment in Hohhot at Inner Mongolia showed that microbial agents have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.After administration of Bacillus,its seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight was significantly increased by 17.23%,24.71%and 21.95%,There have a significant role in promoting to fresh weight and fruit weight at the marrow growing season.After administration of Bacillus,its dexuberant growth period fresh weight and fruit weight was significantly increased by 24.28%and 24.28%,There have a significant role in promoting to sunflower disc diameter,heavy plate,kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu at the marrow harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,its squash harvest fruit weight,kernel weight,plumpness and area yield significantly increased by 25.27%,15.12%,17.64%and 14.68%,to squash powdery mildew control effect was 27.85%.At the same time,we have done the experiment with growth and disease prevention of microbial agents on sunflower in Inner Mongolia.The sunflower field experiment in Hohhot at Inner Mongolia showed that microbial agents have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.After administration of Bacillus,its root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight was increased by 16.43%,24.61%and 26.23%,There have a significant role in promoting to diameter and disc diameter at the sunflower growing season.After administration of Bacillus,its diameter,disc diameter was increased by 13.65%and 15.49%,There have a significant role in promoting to sunflower disc diameter,heavy plate,kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu at the sunflower harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,its disc diameter,the plate weight,hundred-grain weight and yield per mu was increased by 13.26%,14.73%,18.38%and 13.36%,the Sunflower Sclerotinia was controlled by 24.32%.The sunflower field experiment in Ulanqab at Inner Mongolia showed that microbial agents have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.After administration of Bacillus,its root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight was increased by 18.34%,23.45%and 28.26%,After administration of Bacillus,its diameter,disc diameter was increased by 14.31%and 17.14%,After administration of Bacillus.its disc diameter,the plate weight,hundred-grain weight and yield per mu was increased by 16.43%,25.44%,16.65%and 12.23%,the Sunflower Sclerotinia was controlled by 27.65%.The potato field experiment in Ulanqab Chahar right HouQi township 16 plots showed that microbial agents have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.Fresh weight and root fresh weight was significantly increased by 24.17%and 13.32%,There have a significant role in promoting to fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number at the potato growing season.Fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number were increased by 43.16%,39.53%and 28.74%.There have a significant role in promoting to potato products,potato products quality and yield per mu at the potato harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,the per hole number of potato products,quality potato products and yield per mu were increased by 38.75%,34.69%and 19.24%,the Potato Scab was controlled by 31.82%.
