Wireless intelligent vegetable greenhouse refers to the use of the current advanced Internet of Things technology,the wireless intelligent control system is applied to the vegetable planting greenhouse,and the parameters of crop growth are monitored in real time from a long distance.After data analysis,combined with expert experience,the most suitable crops in the greenhouse are simulated.The growth environment ultimately controls the control mechanism through the gateway control system,thereby changing the environmental parameters,so that the crops reach the optimal growth state and reach the goal of increasing production.In the traditional vegetable greenhouses,intelligent regulation can be achieved to achieve semi-automatic level.However,the communication method must rely on cable.The entire system requires a lot of wiring.Initial construction costs and post-maintenance require a lot of expenses.When it is necessary to increase the monitoring points in the greenhouse or add vegetable greenhouses,we need to re-wire and merge the networks.These tasks are quite cumbersome.The wireless intelligent vegetable greenhouse control system designed in this paper uses the Internet of Things communication technology to focus on wireless transmission.It is convenient to install and add nodes,has a long service life,and can meet the demand with battery power.The wireless network vegetable greenhouse monitors the changes of environmental parameters in the greenhouse in real time through the detection terminal.It can provide scientific basis for precise regulation of greenhouses,and achieve the purpose of increasing production,improving quality,regulating growth cycle and improving economic benefits.In the greenhouse control system,the temperature sensor,humidity sensor,PH value sensor,illuminance sensor,CO2 sensor and other equipment are used to detect the corresponding parameters in the environment to ensure that the crop has a good and suitable growth environment.The realization of remote control enables technicians to monitor and control the environment of multiple greenhouses in the office.This paper describes the workflow of our monitoring and control system from two aspects,one is the detection terminal and the other is the control gateway.The two work together to complete the monitoring and control work of the whole system.Detection terminal is mainly responsible for signal acquisition and data upload,because is wireless transmission terminal and battery power supply,so the whole design of the difficulty lies in the low power design,choice of ultra-low power consumption on the MCU devices selection Apollo2 chips,work models designed to be sent,most of the time,the whole system power in dormant state.In and gateway communication ways,communication USES is SX1278 LORA rf chip,chip detection terminal adopts LORA ad-hoc network,the advantage is that we can be free to join the terminal,and do not have to pay,the difficulty in LORAWAN protocol ad-hoc network,we used here is Semtech company provides the source of protocol stack,deserve to go up again the custom of the user agreement.In terms of control gateway,the gateway and detection terminal adopt LORAWAN protocol AD hoc network.The communication chip of the gateway is SX1301 LORA radio frequency chip,which is the dedicated chip for LORA gateway with a large number of channels.Nb-iot communication mode is adopted between gateway and server,with simple development and low cost.Three major operators in China have basically completed the construction of base stations,so the gateway can communicate normally even in remote mountainous areas.AT the time of design,nbiot communication directly adopts the ready-made module SN12 and USES AT instruction to conduct command and data interaction.When the gateway interacts with the host computer's data,we design our own data transmission protocol,which retains the extensibility of the protocol and is very flexible.In the controller gateway peripheral interface circuit design,we retain the commonly used AI,AO,DI interface,users can freely expand the use.The project is jointly developed by the laboratory and shenzhen peiluode technology co.,LTD.In the next few years,smart agriculture is bound to be the mainstream trend,and the system has practical engineering application benefits.
