China is a big pig breeding country,but it is not a strong pig breeding country.Automated and intelligent breeding technology is one of the development directions and key technologies to improve the level of pig breeding in my country.Smart wireless ear tags are installed on animal ears,collecting the health data of pigs through sensors and uploading them to the server using wireless communication,which realizes the automatic collection of important breeding data of pigs.It is one of the key technologies of intelligent farming,which has been widely concerned by people.However,the ear tags that studied and used have a single function,weak wireless communication capabilities,and large power consumption currently.It cannot meet the actual needs of smart farming.So it is urgent to design a new low-power intelligent ear tag with intelligent perception and long-range wireless communication ability.Based on the analysis of existing heart rate sensing technology and long-distance wireless communication technology,this paper designs a new wireless ear tag sensor.And researching its hardware,main algorithm and network communication protocol,the specific research is as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of body temperature sensing technology,heart rate sensing technology and long-distance communication technology,a multi-parameter sign wireless sensor is designed.It mainly studied a variety of sensors,such as body temperature,heart rate blood oxygen,motion,the main control chip integration and data interface,Lo Ra communication module data communication,the low-power optimization design of the sensor.The performance test of the optimized circuit shows that the sleep current drops to about 1.0?A.(2)Using two methods of time domain and Fourier frequency domain transformation.The efficiency and accuracy of heart rate calculation methods are compared.The research results show that the frequency domain transform has higher calculation accuracy and efficiency in calculating heart rate.The relationship between the three-axis acceleration change and the motion model is studied,and a threshold method for judging the motion modal is proposed.(3)Analyzing the LoRa protocol and optimizing the communication algorithm between the node and the gateway,OTAA mode for network access and Class A communication mode are adopted.Completing the upload of data with the help of Lo Ra gateway and testing the communication distance of Lo Ra,the longest can reach about 1000 meters.Optimizing the equipment sleep mechanism,experimental results show that the device can maximum working time is about 42 days with the200 mAH capacity lithium battery.
