Study On Countermeasures To Promote Fisheries Aquaculture Development Of Dumeng County In Heilongjiang Province

This study takes the development of fishery aquaculture in Dumeng county,Heilongjiang province as the research object.The purpose of this study is to summarize the characteristics of relevant fishery aquaculture industry and its development theory.Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of fishery aquaculture in Dumeng county,the basic situation of fishery aquaculture is mastered.By summarizing the inherent advantages and opportunities and challenges of fishery aquaculture in Dumeng county,Heilongjiang province,the paper points out the correct strategic direction for the development of fishery aquaculture in Dumeng county,Heilongjiang province.Combined with the advantages of Heilongjiang province,and referring to the relevant policies and measures of domestic and foreign f ishery aquaculture,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the fishery aquaculture in Dumeng county,Heilongjiang province.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this study to promote the development of fishery and aquaculture in Dumeng county of Heilongjiang province are as follows: firstly,the general ideas and principles of the development of fishery and aquaculture in Dumeng county should be clarified.Secondly,the comprehensive production capacity of fishery and a quaculture in dumeng county should be improved.The water resources in dumeng county should be fully and rationally developed,the standardization of ponds should be actively carried out,and the ecological construction and environmental protection in du meng county should be strengthened.Third,we should improve the quality of fishery products in Dumeng county,vigorously develop characteristic aquaculture in the cold areas of north China,promote healthy aquaculture and standardized production,and ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.Fourth,we need to improve the system of supporting services for aquaculture.We should focus on the development of specialized fisherman's cooperatives,improve the system for spreading aquaculture technology,and enrich social services for fishermen.Fifth,we should promote the industrialized development of aquaculture,actively develop the intensive processing of aquatic products,give full play to the multifunctional role of fishery aquaculture ecology,and actively support the development of leading fishery aquaculture enterprises.Sixth,the administrative management level of fishery aquaculture in dumeng county should be improved,the importance of fishery aquaculture in dumeng county should be increased,the financial investment in fishery aquaculture in dumeng county should be increased,and the construction level of fishery aquaculture administrative law enforcement team should be improved.
