The Study On SWOT Analysis And Management Countermeasures Of Facility Vegetable Development In Yaodu Of Linfen City

Agricultural modernization is the foundation and support of national modernization.Our country is in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The rapid development of facilities agriculture is to promote the development of modern agriculture,change the way of agricultural development,improve the income of farmers,protect the safe supply of agricultural products and achieve multi-level consumer and diversified consumer needs demand guarantee.Facilities vegetables are the basis of the Government to protect the"vegetable basket" project and the annual supply of vegetables,especially in north China in winter,there is no protection of facilities throughout the winter are not fresh vegetables supply.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the scale of vegetable cultivation in northern China,to explore the problems in its industrial development,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the supply of vegetables in northern areas.Linfen is located in central China,is a typical northern arid regions.Yaodu District is the political cultural and economic center of Linfen City.It is the main producing area of vegetable production in Southern Shanxi,and the vegetable production has a long history.Since 2010,Shanxi Province,the implementation of the facilities of millions of vegetable shed action plan,Yaodu District Government has also introduced the "Yaodu District,"second five "during the construction of 100,000 mu of facilities for the implementation of vegetable base program",Yaodu District facilities The rapid development of vegetable industry,industrial scale continued to increase.By the end of 2015,the region’s vegetable planting area reached 187500 mu with an average 3.6 tons per mu,the total output of 676,300 tons,the output value of 7184.89,the total output value of 1.347 billion yuan.Total vegetable area reached 63700 mu,accounting for 34%of the total area of vegetables;the total output of 272,800 tons,accounting for 40%of the region’s total output value of 1.03 billion yuan,accounting for 76%of total vegetable output value.Yaodu District has a total of more than 120 registered vegetable growing cooperatives,nursery more than 23 acres of vegetable professional village,has built eight boutique facilities vegetable demonstration base.YaoDu District facilities vegetable industry’s rapid development at the same time,the development of the defect also more obvious.In this paper,through the analysis of the SWOT method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of facility vegetable in Yaodu District were analyzed in detail.According to the actual situation of YaoDu district,corresponding sustainable development countermeasures are put forward according to the matrix arrangement of SWOT,taking advantage of local advantages,grasping development opportunities,overcoming difficulties,learning from each other and comprehensively matching various factors and analyzing them.The concrete conclusions are as follows:1.There are obvious advantages in the development of facility vegetable in Yaodu District,and there are some shortcomings in the development process,such as:the basic condition of agriculture is relatively weak,the development of facilities vegetable industry is limited,the lack of professional and technical personnel,Technical services slightly lagged behind,agricultural ecological environment to be improved,sunlight greenhouse production and operation of poor condition and poor anti-risk ability.2.According to the current situation and existing problems of Yaodu District,the paper puts forward the sustainable development countermeasure of facility vegetable in Yaodu District:① Strengthen the government support.② To develop the cooperatives,leading enterprises and trade associations.③ Integration of financial resources and increase investment in facilities vegetable funds.④ Strengthen the supervision of agricultural products quality.⑤ Make good technical training.⑥ Strengthen the risk prevention compensation mechanism.
