Rice is one of the most widely cultivated grains in the world,More than 65% of the population in China take rice as the staple food.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the demand for high-quality organic rice is increasing rapidly.The technology of rice mulching cultivation is a green and environmentally friendly planting technology,which can effectively improve the utilization of heat energy on the surface of mulched soil,and has the advantages of saving water and preserving soil moisture,improving soil fertility,restraining weed breeding and so on.Rice pot seedling transplanting technology has the advantages of non-hurting root and no need of recovering period,it can tillering 5~7 days in advance and so on.Rice mulching technology can effectively solve the problems of organic rice production,while rice pot seedling transplanting technology can improve the yield of rice,Combining these two kinds of agronomic advantage,the yield of green organic rice in China can be greatly improved.At present,the domestic research on rice film mulch planting machinery is focused on rice the mulch transplanting machine,and the research on rice film planting machinery using rice pot seedling transplanting technology is still in the blank.Considering the good market prospect and huge amount of walking type rice transplanter in our country,in this paper,in order to combine rice pot seedling transplanting with film mulching technology,a walking rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism with open hole on the film was designed,which can realize the function of simultaneous breaking of film and transplanting of rice seedling,It opens up a new idea for the research of rice film planting machinery.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)The innovative design of the mechanism is completed,and a design scheme of the transplanting mechanism which can realize the track of ring-shaped planting and olive-shaped film-breaking is put forward.The Pascal non-circular gear and elliptical gear are arranged parallel to each other,two sets of unequal speed transmission mechanism work independently and mutually cooperate with each other in the transplant operation requirements of the integration of two sets of transmission mechanisms have been realized.(2)The structure and working principle of the transplanting mechanism are discussed in detail,and the corresponding theoretical model is established based on the mathematical and mechanical relationships of the internal components.The movement rule of the key components isanalyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the optimization software.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis and the visual programming language of Visual Basic6.0,the computer aided analysis and optimization design software for the transplanting mechanism with holes in the film of walking rice seedling was developed.Through parameter optimization,a set of optimal parameters which can meet the requirements of transplanting were obtained.(4)According to the structure parameters that optimized by the software,the whole structure of the transplanting mechanism is designed by using Auto CAD software,and the modeling and overall assembly of the virtual prototype parts were completed in NX 8.0 three-dimensional design software,the kinematics simulation of the transplanting mechanism is carried out with ADAMS2010 software,and the correctness of the mechanism design is verified by comparing the theoretical trajectory with the virtual simulation trajectory.(5)With the help of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology,the trial production of the physical prototype is completed.The high-speed photographic trajectory verification test of the transplanting mechanism prototype is carried out by using the high-speed photography technology,by comparing and analyzing the theoretical trajectory,the simulation trajectory of the virtual prototype and the high-speed photographic trajectory of the physical prototype further verify the correctness of the design.The feasibility and reliability of the design of the transplanting mechanism on the film were proved by the seedling selection test,,the planting experiment on the film and the breaking test on the film.
