The purpose of this thesis is to improve the cutting efficiency of day-neutral strawberry and to optimize the plant morphology ofshort-day strawberry.Firstly,taking the day-neutral strawberry ’Albion’ and ’Monterey’ as materials,root-dipping cuttings were carried out with plant regulator AC(diethyll aminoethyl hexanoate),IBA and NAA + IBA,The effects of different plant growth regulators on survival rate,rooting rate,number of root generated,root length and plant growth were investigated and analyzed;Secondly,taking the short-day strawberry’Tokun’and’Akihime’as materials,the leaf surface of the plugged runner plants was sprayed with plant growth inhibitors:prohexadione calcium,PP333,and uniconazole,the effects of different plant growth inhibitors on the plant morphology of plugged runner plants were investigated and analyzed;Finally,using short-day treatments combined with nitrogen nutrition treatments,the effects of different treatments on the plant height,number of runners,chlorophyll relative content,flower initiation,number of flowers and number of single inflorescence flowers of strawberry plugged runner plants’Tokun’ and ’Akihime’ were studied.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.The effects of plant growth regulators AC,IBA and NAA+IBA on the survival rate,rooting rate,root germination number and root length of cultivated strawberry’Ablion’ and ’Monterey’ were significantly different.IBA 8 mg·L-1 had the best effect on rooting of strawberry’Albion’ cuttings,with a survival rate of 97.5%,a rooting rate of 100%,an average root number of 18.8 and an average root length of 5.2 cm.IBA 4 mg·L-1 had the best effect on root cutting of strawberry’Monterey’,with a survival rate of 95.3%,a rooting rate of 100%,an average root number of 18.4 and an average root length of 5.3 cm.2.The effects of different plant growth inhibitors on the plant morphological control of strawberry plugged plant ’Tokun’ and ’Akihime’ were significantly different.Different concentrations of PP333 and uniconazole had certain expected effects on the control of plant morphology of strawberry.Through comprehensive analysis of the effects of three plant growth inhibitors on the plant morphology of two shor-day strawberry varieties at the seedling stage and the later transplanting stage,the best treatment effect is 200 mg·L-1 of Prohexadione calcium.3.Throug short-day treatments combined with nitrogen nutrition treatments,It was determined that decaploid white strawberry ’Tokun’ could initiate flower bud in central Yunnan province after a period of 6-7 weeks of short-day treatment,which was 2-3 weeks longer than that of octoploid red fruit strawberry ’Akihime’;The’Tokun’ plants treated with short-day for 6-7 weeks could start to harvest fresh fruits in November,2 months earlier than those exposed to natural sunlight.The fresh fruit yield reached 200 g/plant in November and December(the yield of untreated plants was close to 0);The number of runners were significantly reduced,and the number of lateral buds were significantly promoted by short-day treatment.The potential of flowering and fruiting of strawberry plants was also increased due to increased lateral buds.
