China's total cultivated land resources account for 9% of the global total cultivated land resources.However,China's total water resources account for less than China's total cultivated land resources,only 6% of the world's total water resources.China is a large agricultural country,and the amount of water per unit of arable land is only 3/4 of the world average.After the reform and opening up,China's economy has been growing rapidly.With the gradual acceleration of urbanization,the national living standard has been greatly improved.In terms of water use,industrial production and urban residents' water consumption increased year by year.In this context,fresh water resources for national life and national development is precious,the shortage of fresh water resources seriously affect China's sustainable development strategy.According to statistics,the amount of surface water resources in China is 2.7×10.4 billion cubic meters,and the amount of groundwater resources is more than 800 billion cubic meters.The per capita water resource in China is only 2800m3,which is about one quarter of the global average.Under the situation of serious shortage of water resources in our country,our country sets up the correct scientific development concept,insists on carrying out the sustainable development path,and forms the resource-saving development mode.However,as far as the production and development status of various industries in China is concerned,there is still a widespread problem of serious waste of water resources.Especially in agricultural irrigation water,a large amount of water resources are wasted in the process of irrigation.Most of the traditional irrigation methods in China are flood irrigation.Although crops in certain areas are irrigated with adequate water,such irrigation loses a lot of water that can be used economically.In addition,the waste of agricultural water resources is also reflected in the low utilization rate of agricultural irrigation water.Advanced water-saving irrigation technology is not popular,and few people are willing to invest in introducing scientific water-saving irrigation technology system.The purpose of applying modern water-saving irrigation technology in agriculture is not to reduce the amount of water used,but to improve the utilization efficiency of irrigation water.The core meaning of water-saving irrigation technology is the multi-purpose use of water resources.In addition,the development of water-saving irrigation technology is the new application of various irrigation technologies.The 93rd administrative bureau has 4,019,400 mu of cultivated land,which is not only the main grain production area in heilongjiang province,but also the national commercial grainproduction base.It is necessary and urgent to develop water-saving irrigation technology reasonably,optimize the irrigation system by combining agronomic water-saving technology,turn irrigated land into irrigated crops,and maximize the utilization rate of water transmission and irrigation.Adaptability by analyzing all kinds of water saving irrigation technology,combined with various optimization principle,the comprehensive administration of Jiu San regional natural,economic conditions,types,topography,soil and water resources land,planting structure,operation and management mode and the late maintenance factors such as comprehensive research,proposed to promote in Jiu San administration area main field irrigation model of water-saving irrigation technology,formed in the pipeline,with large winch type and roll type sprinkler irrigation technology as the leading global development water saving irrigation system.After being widely used in jiusan administration area,water-saving irrigation technology has obvious water-saving benefits,yield yield benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits.
