Bayan County belongs to Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,maize is an important food crop in Bayan County.Corn borer has been an important control object of maize production in Bayan County.In this study,the occurrence dynamics of corn borer in Bayan County were monitored and analyzed.Biological and chemical control methods were used to control corn borer in the field,and the integrated control technology system of corn borer in Bayan County was established,which provided theoretical basis for maize agricultural production in Bayan County.The contents of this study are as follows:1.The occurrence dynamics of corn borer in Bayan County from 2016 to 2017 were monitored and analyzed.The overwintering base of corn borer in 10 townships of Bayan County were investigated,the results showed that the overwintering base of corn borer in Bayan County was larger in 2016-2017.The overwintering base of 79 corn borers in 2017 was significantly higher than that in 2016(56).The survival rate of corn borer in 2017 was 95.1%,which was significantly higher than that in 2016(93.3%).Ten days is the peak of the emergence of the adult corn borer,after mid-July.The time when the corn borer begins to lay eggs is mid-June,and the number of eggs per 100 plants increases gradually from late June,especially at jointing stage of corn growth;the first generation larvae of the corn borer in 2016 began to damage from late July,and the first generation larvae of the corn borer in 2017 began to lay eggs in late June.The average number of overwintering corn borers in autumn of 2017 in Bayan County was 89,which was higher than that in spring of 2016 and 2017.2.The biological control effects of Beauveria bassiana and Trichogramma on corn borer were determined.The field experiment on the control of corn borer with the mixture of Beauveria bassiana and the insecticide Losbene showed that the mixture of Beauveria bassiana and Losbene had a synergistic effect on the control of corn borer at the heart of corn.The rate of maize mosaic and leaf was significantly lower than that of the control and each single dose treatment,the average control effect and corn yield were significantly higher than those of the control and the single dose treatments.The results of the field experiment of Trichogramma on the control of corn borer showed that,Using Trichogramma Dendrolimus and Trichogramma furnacalis to control corn borer in the experimental area,the corn yield was significantly higher than that of the control,and the yield increased to 6-9%.3.The control effect of different chemicals on corn borer was determined,and the combined control system of diseases and insect pests was established.Six common insecticides of corn borer were tested in five areas of Bayan County,Xinglong Town,Wanfa Town,Tianzang Town,Longmiao Town and Zhendong Township.The results showed that each insecticide had control effect on corn borer at the trial dose.In the control area of Trichogramma,the control effect and yield increase of the insecticide were obvious under different treatment doses.The control efficiency of 25% dithiourea suspension 400 times,5.7% cypermethrin 500 times,and 50% fenitrothion 800 times to control corn borer and increase corn yield were obviously.20% fluorobenzamide water dispersant,25% powdered rustling wettable powder,fungicides and 10% phenyletherenecyclozole WC,foliar fertilizer,growth regulator 0.01% moss lactone soluble powder were used in the big bell mouth of corn and at the stage of pumping,and vegetable oil spray aid to control maize pests and diseases can effectively prevent and cure corn leaf spot and brown spot.
