Research On The Screening Of High-qualituy Germplasm Resources Of The Ornamental Sorbus L. And Its Graft Survival Rate

Sorbus L.is a beautiful landscape tree species,which has a high potential for development and application in the construction of landscaping in Beijing.In this paper,the data was used to determine the distribution of Sorbus L around Beijing and possibly introduced in Beijing.Sorbus pohuashanensis in Beijing's Labagoumen,Songshan,Baihuashan,Wulingshan and Pingdingshan Forest Parks,Sorbus alnifolia and Sorbus amabilis in Huangshan,Anhui Province,Sorbus alnifolia,Sorbus tsinlingensis,Sorbus discolor,Sorbus koehneana,Sorbus folgneri,and Sorbus tapashana in Tabaishan,Shanxi Province,a total of 13 species(species)of ornamental wild species,were investigated to find out their growth,distribution status,seasonal scenery,and their habitats and plants.Photographs of different seasons landscape pictures were collected.On this basis,the research on the selection and grafting of ornamental germplasm resources was carried out.The research results are as follows:(1)The comprehensive evaluation index system of ornamental flower buds was established by using the analytic hierarchy process,including three first-level indicators of fruit ornamental,flower ornamental,and leaf ornamental,9 secondary indicators of fruit color,fruit type,fruit density,flower color,flower type,flower density,leaf color,leaf shape,leaf density.(2)Based on the above indicators,11 kinds of ornamental buds were evaluated for their ornamental value and 4 kinds of excellent fruit buds were screened(Pingdingshan Huayushu,Wulingshan Huayushu,Taibaishan Shannan Ganzi,Taibai Mountain Beijing Huayuan),5 kinds of excellent leaf-type flower pods(Pingdingshan flower banyan tree,Hornougou flower banyan tree,Wulingshan flower banyan tree,Taibai Mountain,Shaanxi and Gansu wolfberry,Taibaishan Taibai scape),3 species Excellent flower-type flower buds(Pingdingshan flower banyan tree,Wulingshan flower banyan tree,Huangshan blister scape),3 kinds of comprehensive ornamental flower pods(Pingdingshan flower banyan tree,Wulingshan flower banyan tree,Taibai Mountain shanxi flower bud).(3)A total of 332 germplasm resources were screened out from the selected elite ornamental species(provenances),and 25 strains of superior fruit trees were screened(PDS01,PDS02,PDS03,PDS04,WLS09,WLS19).,WLS41,WLS86,TBJ07,TBJ33,TBJ35,TBJ51,TBJ59,TSG03,TSG04,TSG09,TSG13,TSG17,TSG20,TSG21,TSG26,TSG29,TSG33,TSG34,TSG38),24 excellent foliage type superior plants(PDS01,PDS02,PDS03,PDS04,LBG28,LBG29,LBG35,TSG09,TSG21,TSG29,TSG33,TSG34,TTB23,TTB27,TTB35,TTB39,WLS07,WLS09,WLS15,WLS17,WLS29,WLS74,WLS86,WLS94),19 strains Exceptional flowering plants(PDS01,PDS02,PDS03,PDS04,WLS01,WLS09,WLS14,WLS19,WLS29,WLS33,WLS41,WLS63,WLS77,WLS79,WLS85,HSY01,HSY07,HSY23,HSY29)and 24 plants Excellent strains(PDS01,PDS02,PDS03,PDS04,WLS09,WLS17,WLS19,WLS29,WLS41,WLS63,WLS77,WLS86,TSG03,TSG04,TSG09,TSG13,TSG17,TSG20,TSG21,TSG26,TSG29,TSG33,TSG34,TSG38);(4)Collection and screening Fine ornamental rowan cuttings,grafting technology through literature analysis methods integrated breeding techniques,grafting breeding in the High Plains area of Yanqing,Beijing.Among them,the survival rate of PDS03 superior grafting was the highest,reaching 60%;the survival rate of TSG29 superior grafting was the lowest,which is 17.78%,and it is necessary to further study suitable grafting technology.Through research,we hope to quickly and efficiently cultivate the calyx plants with good maternal traits,and to add color-leaf species to the gardening of the high plains of Beijing and even the Winter Olympic Games.
