In this study,the germplasm resources of Baccaurea ramiflora Lour.in Guangxi were collected,and the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of B.ramiflora germplasm resources from different regions were analyzed by SCoT molecular markers.The seed propagation,grafting,cutting and air layering propagation technology of B.ramiflora.The main findings were as follows:(1)The germplasm resources of the main producing areas in Guangxi were studied,and the distribution and abundance of B.ramiflora resources were reported.(2)Using SCoT molecular marker technique,9 primers were screened from 75 SCoT primers to amplify 37 B.ramiflora genomic DNA to obtain 109 loci,the polymorphic loci were 94 and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 86.24%,indicating that there were high genetic diversity.The similarity coefficient between 37 resources was between 0.576 and 0.919.Cluster analysis showed that LZ4 and LZ11 from Longzhou County,Chongzuo City,Guangxi Province had the lowest genetic similarity coefficient with other germplasm resources,were clustered into groups A alone.With 0.70 as the threshold,the other samples of B.ramiflora were divided into B group and C group,with a threshold of 0.72,group C can be further divided into two subgroups of C1 and C2.(3)The propagation techniques of B.ramiflora such as seed propagation,grafting,cuttage and air-layering propagation were studied.Experiments were carried out with three kinds of seed treatments,the results showed that the way to peel pulp was suitable for seed propagation.Grafting survival rate and concentration of different Bihu in different months were studied.Results showed that grafting was best in October;At 1000 mg/L concentration of Bihu,the quality of grafting was improved.With different concentration of ATB and 1B A,the effect of IBA treatment was better than ABT,the best treatment was 300 mg/L.Cutting matrix and the size of cuttings(Twig:the roughness is 0.8?1.5 cm,length is 15?20 cm;Big branches:the roughness is 2?3.5 cm,length is 30?40 cm)on the survival rate of B.ramiflora has a significant effect.Under the same kind of matrix,the root rate of cuttings of big branches is significantly higher than that of twig;Under the same size branches,the survival rate of cuttings with yellow mud + perlite was significantly higher than that of fine sand,the optimal test combination is the cuttings of the big branch,and the root rate of the cuttings in the yellow mud + perlite is 76.7%.The results showed that the agent types had the most influence on the rooting effect of B.ramiflora air-layering propagation,followed by the inclusion matrix and the period,and the influence of the concentration of the agent was minimal.The best combination of the experiment was as follows:the treatment was treated with 200mg/LIBA,and the straw + yellow mud was wrapped matrix,in October for air-layering propagation,the rooting rate of 80%.
