This study took the seedlings of Chinese chestnut seedlings as the material The experiment adopted a double factor complete random test.In the seedling stage, the root of chestnut was cut at different root time and three treatments were treated with no cutting root. Then each treatment was treated with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio of 12:8:11 and compound fertilizer 15:15:15.A total of three treatments were treated with 9 treatments, and the best root control technology of chestnut was discussed by analyzing the changes of the root configuration and physiological growth indexes of chestnut root under different treatments of different time cutting roots and different kinds of fertilizer. The experiment shows that:(1)The growth indexes of Castanea mollissima BL.seedlings were different under different treatments and different treatments, but the seedling height, stem and biomass of all treatment groups were greater than those of the control group, indicating that root cutting fertilization could promote the growth of Castanea mollissima BL.seedlings and the accumulation of biomass.(2)Through the SPSS analysis,it can be concluded that under the comprehensive growth index,B3 increased the total biomass of Castanea mollissima BL.significantly, and increased by 112.7%compared with the control. At the same time, the largest stem of chestnut ground was treated by cutting root compound fertilizer in June, which was 29.4%higher than that of the photograph, and the difference reached two.The significant level was that the best growth was the cut root time in June the treatment of compound fertilizer. The biomass of the plant increased obviously under the interaction of the cutting root time and the type of fertilizer. On the other hand, the effect of 15:15:15 after cutting root was better than that of 12:8:11,and the application of local compound was better than that of N,P and K.Hefei is more favorable than the optimum ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to 12:11:8.In addition, the application of nitrogen fertilizer in spring or after the fall root is very beneficial to the restoration of root system.(3)Cutting roots can promote the production of fine roots while reducing coarse roots. In the data of the length of the main root,B1(12:8:11 in June)was 16.4%smaller than that of the control, and the biggest increase was the treatment of A3(12:8:11),which was increased by 50.2%compared with the control. In August, the cutting root did not reduce the fertilizer treatment by 44.6%,while the diameter was 0<.L.<=0.20 and 0.50.In the roots of<.L.<=1.0 and 0.20<.L.<=0.50,the interaction of root cutting time and fertilizer type on fine root 0<.L.<=0.20 and 0.50<.L.<=1.0 was significant(P<0.05),root length of cutting root fertilization was significantly higher than that of control, and the difference was significantly diflferent from that of control. At the same time,B3 and the increase of photographic fine roots were increased. The maximum amount was increased by 2.6 and 2.8 times, respectively.Secondly, nitrogen application could also affect the morphology and configuration of root system. In this study,it was shown that root cutting, fertilization and the interaction of the two would affect the root system configuration of Chinese Castanea mollissima BL.seedlings.(4)The effects of the interaction between the cut root time and the type of Fertilization on the content of N,P,K and C were not significant, and because under the treatment of cut root in June the cut root of August, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization and compound fertilizer application were complete experimental design, and the design of the two factors was completely independent,so it could be discussed separately. In the 9 treatments, the highest content of N,P and K was treated by compound fertilizer after root cutting in June...
