Research And Construction Of The Information System Of Returning Farmland To Forest

The project of returning farmland to forest(PRFF)is an important ecological project in order to protect forestry ecology.In the implementation of the project,the management and supervision of the plan in the whole country is a necessary condition to ensure its complete implementation.The existing system of PRFF is based on C/S frame.If the system needs to be updated,all the customer terminals in the system need to be upgraded accordingly.So there are heavy burden and great inconvenience in use and maintenance.This topic will research and build a web-based B/S system which is current mainstream,in order to manage the countrywide information of PRFF.It will improve work efficiency,reflecting the progress and information all around the country objectively,accurately and timely,thus to promote the work of returning farmland to forest scientifically.The information management system of PRFF is aimed at data statistics of returning farmland to forest at provincial and municipal levels,and grasping all data at the national level,in order to finally evaluate all the benefits of returning farmland to forest.In addition,the system has the intelligent inspection function of preventing the user from mistakenly filling-in,by mainly using the function of the rule library.The rule library is maintained by the experts,and can automatically give suggestions for modification based on historical data.And the system can also compare the historical data and find out the contradiction between the existing data and the historical data,in order to improve and fulfill the system.
