Research On The Sustainable Development Of The Project Of Returning Farmland To Forest In My Country

The project of returning farmland to forestry is one of the six major fores try projects in China,which has been implemented for more than 20 years.Its main purpose is to restore the past over-reclamation of sloping land or suitabl e forest land to forests and alleviate various ecological crises caused by defore station and desertification,including soil erosion,land desertification,lack of bi odiversity and so on.At present,the first round of returning farmland to forest ry project has achieved great success,but there is still a problem that the proj ect of returning farmland to forest is unsustainable..The second round of retu rning farmland to forestry project has been started.So how to consolidate the achievements in the new round of returning farmland to forestry project and ca rry out the project in a more scientific way to achieve sustainable development is an important issue.This study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the ba ckground of the topic in detail,and makes a comparatively sufficient literature review on the project of returning farmland to forest and the theory of sustai nable development at home and abroad.The paper establish the research directi on,purpose and significance of this question on the basis of the research at h ome and abroad.The main purpose of the second chapter is to establish the important valu e and inevitability of the project of returning farmland to forestry in sustainabl e development.Firstly,through the analysis of the transformation of forest-field relationship with the development of human civilization,this paper discusses t he ecological value and humanistic concern of returning farmland to forest.Sec ondly,through the analysis of the transformation of forest-field relationship in different periods,the human-oriented characteristics of the transformation power are demonstrated.Finally,as a successful case of China,the implementation measures of the project of returning farmland to forestry in Yan'an region and the world reverberation are discussed.In the third chapter,taking Yan'an as a case to analyze the various unsust ainable problems faced by the whole implementation stage of the project,and explores the root causes of the unsustainable problems of the project,including the harsh natural environment and backward scientific and technological means,the limitations of human cognitive ability,the relationship between individuals and collectives,and the inconsistency between national strategy and local reality.The fourth chapter is to solve the non-sustainable root problem of the proj ect about returning to the forest.First of all,we need to establish a sustainabl e development goal.Secondly,the view of sustainable development is the princ iple of the development of the project for returning farmland to the forest.Fin ally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable developm ent of returning farmland to forests.
