Sapindus(Sapindus ssp.)is a general designation of Sapindaceae(Sapindaceae)species,the seed kernel oil rate is as high as 40%,peel contains saponins 10-20%,which is an important multi-functional tree species(Jia Liming,2012).After the selection of high yield and stable varieties sapindus,it must take the clonal development path to sapindus biomass raw material forest,while the cutting propagation technology is one of the main ways to realize the rapid propagation of fine seedlings.This paper takes Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.and Sapindus delavayi(Franch.)Radlk.on Cuttage technology as the research object,and makes a further exploration on the mechanism of cuttage Gaerth,in order to provide technical and theoretical guidance technology for cutting sapindus excellent the rapid propagation of varieties.The results of the research are as follows(1)callus and rooting of softwood cuttings generated earlier than 10-15 d hardwood cuttings,and the survival rate was significantly higher than that of hardwood cuttings,so softwood cutting is more suitable for the main way of sapindus cuttage propagation technique.The microscopic observation found that the way of rooting of the cuttings of the twigs was the middle rooting type.(2)it is much more difficult for sapindus hardwood cuttings,but a certain hormone treatment can also improve the survival rate.The IAA hormone 500 mg/L treatment was the best hormone ratio.(3)when cuttage was carried out in Fujian,the survival rate of Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.softwood cutting(40.48%)was significantly higher than that of Sapindus delavayi(Franch.)Radlk.(17.74%).However,there was no significant difference in biomass,nutrient composition and root growth between them.It indicated that the interspecific differences between them had no significant effect on the growth of softwood cuttings in Fujian area.(4)hormone treatment can effectively improve the survival rate of the sapindus softwood cuttings,and in three hormones NAA has a more significant promoting effect on the survival of cuttings The morphological observation showed that NAA could promote the growth of the lateral root of the cuttings,and the root measurement also showed that the total root length,the root surface area and the root volume of the cuttings were 15.1 times,7.17 times and 13.06 times higher than those of the CK under the treatment of NAA100 mg/L.(5)With the increase of hormone concentration,the total root length,root surface and root volume of softwood cutting seedlings showed a downward trend and fell to valley value at 500 mg/L.The results showed that the higher the concentration of all hormones,the stronger inhibition effect on root growth of cuttings.(6)the best time of sapindus softwood cutting is early June;the most appropriate way of sapindus softwood is dealing with NAA hormone 100 mg/L base soaking for 1 hours;at the same time use nursery pot filled with perlite:peat soil mixed matrix=1:2,and set up automatic spray device in cutting greenhouse.Combined with the above technical combination,the survival rate of sapindus softwood cutting could be over 45%.This test is conducted to obtain sapindus cutting technology which can be applied to production,and to research more on machine rationality deeply.It has obvious theoretical and practical significance for sapindus cutting propagation technology.But sapindus cutting need Cutting Rooting Mechanism to improve the survival rate and thorough research,in order to promote the rapid propagation of sapindus excellent germplasm resources.
