Pseudocercospora is a large cosmopolitan genus of cercosporoid hyphomycetes. This genus is mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions.Species of Pseudocercospora mainly infect the leaves, stems, flowers and fruits of plants and can cause some economic losses. The specimens involved in this study are from 2014 to 2016 in Henan provinces,Jiangsu provinces,Guizhou provinces,Jiangxi provinces,Guangdong provinces and Hainan provinces.A total of 103 specimens of cercosporoid fungi were collected, and 55 isolates were isolated. To clarify the natural classification status of the Pseudocercospora species collected, host spectrum, morphology combined with phylogenetic results are used in this study. The molecular phylogenetic analyses were carried out based on multi-loci,namely ITS,tef1-?,ACT,RPB2,Maximum Parsimony(MP)and Bayesian Analysis(BI)were applied to construct phylogenetic phylograms. In total,34 taxa of Pseudocercospora from 13 host families are described, illustrated and phylogenetically characterized.Of which,19 species have been idientified, and 15 unidentified species.Based on morphological characteristics in vivo and in vitro and phylogenetic data,a new species,Pseudocercospora pyracanthae-furtuneanae(on living leaves of Pyracantha fortuneana),is introduced including a detailed description, illustration and comparison with similar species.Lindera reflexa is a new host for Pseudocercospora lindericola.
