Effects Of Control Measures On Cold Resistance Of Magnolia Wufengensis

M.wufengensis(Magnolia wufengensis L.Y.Ma et L.R.Wang)is a new species research team was professor Ma Lvyi from the Beijing Forestry University in 2004 in Wufeng county of Hubei Province,in the process of introduction in northern cold winter trapped in a serious problem.In this study,chemical and physical control measures were used to improve the cold resistance of Magnolia grandiflora in order to help it survive the winter in Beijing.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)ethephon could promote the growth of seedlings of Magnolia wufengensis seedlings,but the growth of diameter smaller amount of stem root biological decrease of Magnolia wufengensis seedlings than:Paclobutrazol inhibited the seedling growth of Magnolia wufengensis seedlings,but the diameter of thickening,increase the amount of stem root seedlings of magnolia flowers than red.Ethephon and Paclobutrazol could promote the growth of root,increase the activity of root system and cold resistance.In each concentration treatment,the effect of ethephon application of 750mg/L was the best,and 75mg/L had the best effect.(2)ethephon could promote the seedling growth of Magnolia wufengensis seedlings,high concentrations of ethephon can also promote the growth of the ground diameter,seedling height increased 750mg/L ethephon on the best effect of Ethephon on 1500mg/L diameter thickening effect is the best.In cold winter,the cold resistance of 1000mg/L treated with Ethephon was significantly enhanced,and the effect of ethephon treatment was the best.(3)the growth of greenhouse environment and environment can improve the windproof shed m.wufengensis saplings,improve the winter soil temperature change suddenly,the trend of changes of water content.Magnolia wufengensis tree saplings growth differences in natural environment,greenhouse,wind in the shed was the windproof shed m.wufengensis more normal growth,coordination,the most beautiful tree.In the cold winter,the cold resistance of the young Magnolia grandiflora in the shelter is stronger than that of the other two environments,and the protection of the wind shed is more conducive to the cold resistance of the Magnolia and the ability to survive the winter.
