Analysis And Research On The Spatial-Temporal Pattern Of Fisheries In Fujian Province

Fujian Province is a major fishery province in China,which fishery output,aquaculture production and catches are all in the forefront in the country.However,with the constraints of resources and environment,irrational aquaculture layout and increasingly backward fishing technologies,exploring the distribution and evolution of spatial and temporal patterns of fisheries in counties in Fujian Province is of guiding significance for optimizing the regional and industrial layout and promoting the structural change of fishery transfer.Based on the detailed analysis of relevant theories and practices of fisheries development both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the characteristics of spatial and temporal patterns of fisheries in Fujian Province from the aspects of relevance,structure and spatial dependence of fisheries in counties in Fujian Province through empirical analysis and spatial analysis respectively,Evolutionary process was demonstrated.Fishery and socio-economic indicators were selected.Using Spatial Autoregressive model and Geographic Weighted regression model,the driving factors of fishery spatial and temporal patterns in counties of Fujian Province were analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)The study shows that the fisheries of Fujian Province gradually shows the characteristics of"one point,one belt and one area".Fuzhou is the core point of fishery development,and Ningde,Putian,Quanzhou,and Zhangzhou together form a coastal fishery agglomeration zone and fisheries in the coastal cities.The agglomeration belt spreads around the cities in the axial direction and drives the development of fisheries in inland cities;in the county area,it concentrates on the developed areas of Lianjiang,Fuqing,Xiapu and other fisheries,and takes the shoreline as the axis to constitute the point axis progressive diffusion model,along the coastal counties.Interacting with each other to form a fishery spatial structure system.(2)Empirical analysis and spatial analysis were used to study the evolvement characteristics of spatial and temporal patterns of fisheries in counties of Fujian Province.The analysis shows that between 2007 and 2016,the fishery development in counties in Fujian Province is quite different.The development of fisheries in the coastal counties and inland fisheries shows the phenomenon of polarization.With the coastal counties as the main fishing agglomeration areas and industrial belt of fishery development,In the last ten years,the focus of fisheries gradually shifted to the northeast of the coast.(3)Select nine indicators of traditional economic geographical factors,new economic geographical factors and fishery policy factors,and use Spatial Autoregressive model and Geographic Weighted Regression model to study the driving mechanism of temporal and spatial pattern of fisheries in counties of Fujian Province.Studies have shown that aquaculture Conditions,the human capital of fishery and traffic conditions are the main reasons for the formation and discrepancy of fishery spatio-temporal pattern.The extent of government intervention will promote or inhibit the generation of discrepancies to a certain extent.The geographical location advantages of the county and the consumption demand of rural residents have different impacts on the regional differences Positive and positive effect;industrial extroversion and urbanization continue to be reasonable and mature,but also promote the formation of the county fishery pattern;consumption demand of urban residents gradually has a negative inhibitory effect on the formation of fishery temporal and spatial pattern.
