Rape,peanuts,oil sunflower and camellia are important oil crops in China,however the present mechanical equipment is not smart and automatic enough to meet the need of production.The special project "Oil Crop Harvesters'Smart Technology and Equipment Development" of Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016 is meant to develop a new type of harvester for rape,peanuts,oil sunflower and camellia.This thesis belongs to the sub-project "Oil Crop Harvesters'General Technology and System" and is mainly to develop the monitoring control system and diagnosis system software platform,which are able to collect data in time,control key part of the harvester and diagnose the faults automatically.Monitoring and control system is the upper software,which is centered on the operating interface which combines with Beidou navigation system,fault diagnosis system and SQL database,etc;The upper software and the lower hardware transfer measurement data through Ethernet and control order through RS232 bus respectively,abiding by a custom communication protocol.The fault diagnosis system takes the form of expert system,whose core code is written in CLIPS.CLIPS is a light solution for expert system,and its basic structure is production system,using Rete algorithm as inference core.Rete algorithm is a highly effective pattern matching algorithm,and it's meant to resolve huge production systems.The fault diagnosis system is built by CLIPS,C programming language,C#window program and SQL Server database.The system designed and implemented in this thesis performed well in the tests of rape harvesters as the data collecting and component controlling functions worked fine,achieving the goal of automatic monitoring and operating the equipment,and diagnosing the faults.
