Research Of Sows Feeding Internet Of Things System Based On CLIPS Expert System

At present,the development mode of pig-raising industry is changing.Compared with the traditional feeding mode,modern pig-raising industry pursues a large-scale,refined and intelligent feeding mode.Sow feeding and breeding is the key to pig farm management.Because of the simple feeding equipment in many pig farms,the waste of feed is serious,the mortality rate of sows is high,and the efficiency of pig farms is low.Based on the research of agricultural expert System and sows intelligent feeding at home and abroad,this paper develops a sows feeding Internet of things System based on CLIPS expert System by combining the expert System technology of C Language Integrated Production System(C Language Integrated Production System)and Internet of things technology.In this system,the environment measuring and controlling instrument collects the environment parameters of the female piggery,controls the executive mechanism to adjust the environment of the female piggery.Through emwin-based human-computer interaction interface and weighing sensor,the intelligent sows feeder can collect information such as sows' number,weight and stage.Based on time division multiplexing(TDM),the LoRa wireless sensor star network was established to transmit the sows information and the environment parameters of the sows' houses from the nodes to the sink node through LoRa.The remote monitoring program of the cloud server uses the C/S structure to establish TCP/IP connections with the sink node and the mobile client applications to monitor the feeding amount of sows and the environmental parameters of the sow pen in real time.The sows feeding decision expert system was realized by combining CLIPS expert system and C# in a remote monitoring program.According to the development demand of sows feeding decision,the structure framework of expert system was designed,and the fact base and rule base of sows feeding decision were compiled.The sows feeding expert system deduces the information of sows and the environment of the sows' houses to obtain the accurate daily feeding amount,and transmits it to the sows' feeder for feeding.Raisers can obtain information about the environment of the sows and the sows' feeding through the mobile client applications,they can issue feeding or environmental control instructions.The system equipment is installed in a pig breeding plant to carry out the experiment and analyze its effect.After testing,the real-time human-computer interaction function and environmental control effect of the system are good,and the feeding is accurate.During the experiment,the system is reliable,feasible and practical.Compared with the traditional method of artificial culture,the system has higher economic benefits.
