In order to explore the feasibility of replacing the trash fish with formula feed in practical production, this study used self-developed formula feed and the traditional trash fish were regarded as feed for swimming crab(Portunus trituberculatus). We used formula fee(M1)?mixed feed(the ratio of mixed feed to miscellaneous fish is 1:3(M2),and trash fish(M3)for indoor monomer culture and outdoor pond culture, which provides scientific basis for the optimization and application of compound feed.In order to explore the effects of the three feed sources on the growth performance and intrinsic index of P.trituberculatus, this study used the appeal feeding sources to analyze the growth molting, digestive enzyme activity and non-specific immunity of the crab. The results showed that:(1)In the first clam, the crustacean cycle of the M1 group was significantly longer than that of the M2 and M3 groups(P<0.05),and the M3 juvenile group was slightly longer than the M2 group(P>0.05);After the second molted, the body weight and length of the M1 group was significantly lower than M2 and M3 groups(P<0.05),and the body weight and length of the M2 group were slightly higher than M3(2)after the second molted, the value of WGR and SGR in 3 groups,M1 group was significantly lower than M2 and M3 groups(P<0.05),while the M2 and M3 groups were very closely;(3)The amylase activity of M1 group was significantly higher than the M2 and M3 groups(P<0.05)in the young crabs stomach and hepatopancreas, while the amylase activities of the M2 and M3 groups were similar(P>0.05).(4)In the 3 groups, the catalase activity in the hemolymph and hepatopancreas of the M2 and M3 groups was similar and higher than M1 group.Overall, comprehensive growth performance, digestive enzymes and non-specific immunoenzyme activities and other parameters, this study believes that the formula feed partly to replace the trash fish in feed to culture the P.trituberculatus is feasible. In order to explore the effect of the three feed sources on the culture performance of the P.trituberculatus in the actual production, this study used the above feeding sources to analyze the growth performance about: survival rate, cultivation specifications and aquaculture yield of the P.trituberculatus in the outdoor pond culture conditions,The results showed that:(1)For the monthly weight of the P.trituberculatus in different feeding sources, the M2 group is basically same as M3 group after September(P>0.05),and both goups were mainly heavier than the M1 group(P<0.05);(2)In each feeding sources, the survival rate of females' was higher than male'.as the same time,The survival rates of males and females in M1 group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the M2 group was slightly lower than the M3 group(P>0.05).(3)The yield of M3 group(59.14±6.11kg/mu)was slightly higher than that of M2 group(51.80±4.78 kg/mu),all of theme were much higher than M1 group(29.34±4.38 kg/mu).Interms of the growth rate in the comprehensive breeding and the specification yield of the cultured products, the mixed feed group effect is only slightly lower than the trash fish group, but considering the problem of the biological bait itself is becoming more and more serious,it is worthwhile to try the semi-replacement of the trash fish.In order to explore the effect of the three feed sources on the nutritional quality of the product P.trituberculatus,In this study, analyzed the effects of conventional biochemical composition amino acid composition and fatty acid composition under pond culture conditions by the above feeding methods. The results showed that:(1)Among the three groups, the gonad development of M1 P.trituberculatus was poor, the gonadal index(GSI),hepatopancreas index HSI and meat yield(MY)were the lowest, and the HIS,GSI and MY of M2 access crab were all between M1 and There was no significant difference between M3 and M3(P>0.05).The protein content in the liver and pancreas of M1 P.trituberculatus was significantly lower than that of M3(P<0.05),while M2 was slightly lower than M3(P>0.05).(2)From the fatty acid composition, the HUFA content,?n?3PUFA/ ? n ? 6PUFA and DHA/EPA in the hepatopancreas and gonads of M1 P.trituberculatus were the lowest, significantly lower than M2 and M3(P<0.05),while M2 and M3.The content and ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the various types are very close. The difference in fatty acid composition in the muscles of the P.trituberculatus is very small in the three alternative models.(3)The amino acid content of most of the gonads of M1 P.trituberculatus is significantly lower than that of M2 and M3,while the amino acid content in muscle is slightly higher than M2 and M3,from amino acid score(EAAS)and essential amino acid/total amino acid(EAA/).TAA)ratio,the amino acid quality in the gonads and muscles of the M2 P.trituberculatus is the most ideal.Overall, this study believes that the gonads of the P.trituberculatus are completely fed by the compound feed, the conventional biochemistry in the gonads, hepatopancreas and muscles,as well as the fatty acid and amino acid composition are poor, and the use of the compound feed and the mixed fish feed is one.An ideal feeding mode of bait not only relieves the dependence of the P.trituberculatus breeding industry on the resources of the fish in a certain degree, but also ensures the excellent quality of the P.trituberculatus.
