With the 19th National Rural Development Strategy,in order to better implement the strategic plan for rural development and revitalize the agriculturaJ economy in Tieyong Town,Huidong County,Guangdong Province,according to the general requirements of the rural development strategy,relying on local natural esources and geographical location advantages,we will develop specialty brand ndustries and cultivate the endogenous impetus for rural revitalization.We will establish and improve an industrial system suitable for local rural develoDment and speed up the modernization of agriculture so as to promote the development of the ural economy.Tieyong Town,Huidong County,Guangdong Province is located on he coast,adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao.It is located in the coastal area of Kaozhou in the belly of the Minping Peninsula in Daya Bay.The seawater ecological environment is excellent and oyster breeding has a long history.However,due to the influence of traditional habits.,the oyster aquaculture industry in Tieyong Town is still lagging behind in terms of aquaculture scale,technical processing technology,sales methods and industrial structure.In this regard,in order to enhance the driving effe f the oyster industry in Tieyong Town on the local economy of Huidong County and achieve the sustainable and healthv comprehensive development of the local rural economy,it is imperative to determine the local characteristics of oyster farmins in Cieyong Town and rationally plan the marine aquaculture area for aquatic products.While fully protecting the marine environment,we will improve the economc efficiency of the oyster farming industry,strengthen the management of oyste 3reeding and processing and circulation technology,and effectively improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the oyster chain system in Tieyong TowrTherefore,from the investigation to understand the basic situation of oyst industry in tielong town,huidong County,this paper analyzes and studies the preser situation of ovster industry in tielong town,and finds that the town s ovster culture management level is poor,the breeding processing technology is backward,and the sales channel is single.The existing problems of the low industrialization level hindering the further development of oyster industry are analyzed in detail.Then,according to local conditions,we put forward the development of oyster culture scale by making full use of coastal resources.We will establish and improve demonstration bases for oyster farming,strengthen the cultivation and support of leading enterprises,and develop the business model of"scientific research + promotion + standard production demonstration zones + enterprises + farmers".Strengthen government policy and financial support,introduce innovative technology,actively introduce technical talents,and develop the processing and innovation of oysters;Develop the online and offline integrated marketing platform for oysters,develop multi-channel marketing model and other effective measures to vigorously implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the rapid development of the oyster industry in tielong town,huidong county.
