In our country,the layer breeding industry is developing from the traditional artificial feeding direction to large-scale and intensive feeding direction.Large and medium-sized closed henhouse has the characteristics of high automation,high production efficiency,standardized breeding and so on,however,due to using cascading caged,which raises the density and shed environment quality control difficulty,especially under the condition of weak ventilation in winter,the environmental factors,such as dust,temperature and humidity,harmful gases in the henhouse,bring a lot of drawbacks to layer's health and production performance.Through the analysis of the development status of domestic and foreign dust environmental monitoring technology,according to the characteristics of closed henhouse,combined with embedded technology,visual application software development technology,computer network communication technology,dust environment monitoring system was designed based on RS485 and Ethernet,which realized the real-time monitoring and management of the dust concentration,temperature and humidity,light intensity,wind speed,carbon dioxide concentration,ammonia concentration,and taking into account the monitoring demand of local area network access and remote access.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the measurement requirements of the dust concentration in the closed henhouse,the hardware system of the dust environment monitoring in henhouse was designed.Select the appropriate environmental parameters acquisition equipment firstly,than the hardware system of serial port server was designed based on STM32F103RCT6 and W5500,including microprocessor module circuit,power supply circuit,Ethernet module circuit,RS485 interface circuit,serial Flash memory circuit,debugging circuit etc.,the hardware anti-jamming scheme of serial port server was designed,and the serial port server PCB board design and debugging were completed.(2)According to the measurement requirements of the dust concentration in the closed henhouse,the software system of the dust environment monitoring in henhouse was designed.Serial server software system was desighed based on RealView MDK development environment,the ?C/OS-? real-time operating system was transplanted on STM32F103,and 4 system tasks(initial tasks,TCP client/server tasks,TCP client/server to send data tasks,embedded Web Server service tasks)were designed;Based on the Modbus-RTU protocol,serial information read instruction frame was designed,than the dust environmental data were forwarded by Ethernet chip;An embedded Web server based on HTTP was designed to configure the serial server parameters;Based on SQL Server 2008,the system database was designed to realize the data storage and access;Based on Visual Studio 2010,a real-time monitoring software for the henhouse dust environment was developed,received and parsed data packets through Socket communication technology,realized the real-time display,storage and query function of environmental parameters in henhouse.(3)Experiment and analysis of dust concentration monitoring system in henhouse.The function of the embedded Web server on the serial server was tested,and the data collection and forwarding function of serial server was tested,the test results showed that the serial server was stable;In the simulated henhouse,a long time environmental monitoring experiment was carried out to test the stability and reliability of the monitoring system,the test results showed that the system was in good working condition.(4)Experimental study on the distribution of dust concentration and other environmental factors in the closed henhouse.According to the working principle of the optical dust meter,the experiment was designed to determine the K value of the concentration of dust in the henhouse,the K values of PM2.5,PM 10 and TSP were obtained;The monitoring experiment of environmental parameters round the clock in henhouse was designed,the numerical range,changing trend and its couses of environmental parameters were analyzed;The multi point measurement experiment of environmental parameters in henhouse was designed,the variation law of dust mass concentration,temperature and humidity and harmful gas concentration in horizontal and vertical direction were analyzed;The experiment of dust particle size distribution in henhouse was designed,the law of dust particle size distribution,the relationship between PM 10 mass concentration and particle number concentration,and the effect of wind speed on the particle number concentration were analyzed.
