China is the country with the largest number of sheep breeding,slaughter and mutton production in the world,and now accounts for about 30% of the world’s total production.As one of the five pastoral areas in China,Xinjiang not only has a vast natural grassland,grass hills and grass slopes,but also has the resource advantage of developing grassland animal husbandry.It is also the most important meat sheep production province in China.At the end of 2016,there were 4,738,900 livestock in the region,including 39.57 million sheep,accounting for 81.9% of the total livestock stocks.The total meat production reached 1,597,300 tons,of which 589,100 tons of mutton,accounting for 36.5% of the total.The development of the mutton sheep industry has become the main force in the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang.The economic benefits of the mutton sheep industry also directly affect the economic income of Xinjiang farmers and herdsmen.Under the modern economic conditions,agricultural science and technology is the core driving force of modern agricultural development.Technological progress is the core issue of the growth of the meat sheep industry.The key to the successful transformation of agricultural science and technology into real productivity and industrial development is how to make the existing science and technology accurate.Effectively in the actual production,the farmers are the main body of the mutton sheep breeding technology.Studying the demand of the farmers for the use of technology will help the relevant departments to formulate effective breeding technology development policies and solve the current supply and demand for aquaculture technology.The imbalance problem.Based on this,this paper starts from the current situation of mutton sheep breeding in southern Xinjiang,and takes the willingness of culture technology demand of mutton sheep farmers in southern Xinjiang as the research object,based on the bottom-up farming technology service and the micro perspective of farmers,taking the theory of farmer behavior and the theory of agricultural technology demand.For guidance,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the breeding technology needs and priorities of mutton sheep farmers in southern Xinjiang were analyzed,using cluster analysis and descriptive statistical analysis methods,combined with multivariate logistic regression models for different ethnic groups.The analysis of the priority of different breeds,the degree of education and the breeding period of the mutton sheep breeding technology,and the five characteristics of the farmers’ personal characteristics,family characteristics,technology inducing factors,risk factors and technology promotion service factors.The evaluation factor system was constructed,and the binary logistic regression model was applied to systematically analyze and study the demand willingness and influencing factors of different farming techniques adopted by the farmers,in an attempt to reveal the behavioral characteristics of the farmers in the culture and production of mutton sheep in southern Xinjiang.The establishment of the mutton sheep breeding technical service organization is more complete More scientific technology diffusion service system to provide the basis to achieve effective docking technology supply and demand of farming.The main contents and main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Xinjiang’s southern Xinjiang region is the main producing area of Xinjiang mutton sheep.Although the mutton production has increased year by year in recent years,there are still many limiting factors in the development of Xinjiang mutton industry.Through the analysis of the current status of mutton sheep farming,with the changes in people’s diet structure,the market demand for mutton is increasing.As a key province for mutton sheep breeding in Xinjiang,Xinjiang is ranked among the top in the country in terms of the stock of mutton sheep and the output of mutton.At present,although the production of mutton sheep in Xinjiang is increasing year by year,the farmers in southern Xinjiang are still mainly distributed in small-scale dispersion.The management methods,production methods and economic benefits of mutton sheep farming are very low.The various aspects of aquaculture have been applied to different degrees,but on the whole,the application level of mutton sheep farming technology is not high,and there are many problems in technology promotion.Some mutton sheep farmers know very little about the culture technology,which leads to the promotion of mutton sheep breeding technology.Obstruction,the breeding income of mutton sheep farmers is not high,which seriously restricts the development of the mutton sheep industry in southern Xinjiang,and improves the application level of mutton sheep farming technology has become an important issue to solve the mutton sheep breeding in southern Xinjiang.(2)There is a difference in the demand for culture technology among different types of mutton sheep farmers.The technical types of mutton sheep breeding technology demand in southern Xinjiang are weighted and prioritized.The technical service types that are more urgently needed by farmers in production are selected breeding techniques and embryos.Three methods of transplantation technology and diet preparation technology;the priority of the breeding technology of the mutton sheep of different ethnic groups,different genders,different education levels and different breeding years is analyzed,and different types of mutton sheep farmers are drawn to different cultures.The order of demand of technology provides a reference for the relevant departments to carry out targeted dissemination and guidance of aquaculture technology.(3)The choice of breeding technology for meat sheep farmers is affected by many factors.From the five aspects of farmers’ personal characteristics,family characteristics,technology inducing factors,risk factors and technology promotion service factors,the influencing factors model affecting the demand of aquaculture technology was constructed.The binary logistic regression analysis was carried out,and the research found that these aspects Factors have promoted or hindered the needs of farmers for different types of farming techniques.Based on this,the research and development and dissemination departments of aquaculture technology can be tailored to meet the needs of aquaculture technology.The mutton sheep breeds science and technology to make the dissemination and acceptance of technology more smooth,thus providing intellectual support for improving the quality and efficiency of local farmers and developing local characteristic economy.(4)In order to ensure the vigorous development of the mutton sheep industry in southern Xinjiang,the promotion of mutton sheep breeding technology should be carried out according to local conditions.Based on the research results,aiming at the current demand for mutton sheep breeding technology,the paper proposes a policy guarantee system to further optimize the supply of aquaculture technology,explore the effective development path of mutton sheep breeding technology according to local conditions,and construct a diversified technology promotion with the government as the mainstay and the farmers as the main body.Policy recommendations for the system and other aspects.
