| According to the inner environment factor and the duck production performance to evaluate the pathogenies change the feasibility of cage rearing facilities.test randomly selected from the longitudinal duck cage,along the duck inlet to the fan position every 8 meters set a sampling point,there are 11 decorate sampling area,each sampling area contains six cages,3 three layers of the two cages pathogenies four on each floor.Choose 1,3,5,7,9,11 as bacteria,dust,light intensity,wind speed monitoring including inlet position indicators such as the test point 1.In vertical negative pressure ventilation,duck egg laying rate and vertical axis direction are irregular fluctuations on duck cage;Between different levels of duck cage,top rate higher than the middle and lower,and the lower duck cage extremely significant difference(P<0.01);Three layers on duck egg crate difference was not significant(P>0.05).During the test,the upper,middle and lower mortality rates were 0.11%,0.43%and 0.75%respectively.The upper significantly higher than the lower(P<0.01).Three layer duck cage airborne bacteria of the genus,yellow staphylococcus bacteria,e.coli bacteria number 1 to 11 sites along the experimental areas gradually rise,but there is no significant difference between three layers(P>0.05).Three layer duck cage PMT,PM10 and PM2.5 concentration gradually increased along the test sites 1 to 11,but there is no significant difference between three layers(P>0.05).Light intensity test point 1 to 11 sites is relatively uniform,but the upper duck cage average light intensity(53.33 LX)is significantly higher than the lower(34.86 LX)(P<0.05).The upper duck cage(0.53 m/s)is lower than the average wind speed(0.63 m/s)and the lower middle(0.74 m/s),and upper significantly below the lower(P<0.05).Day 3 duck cage temperature variation trends are similar,but the lower duck cage at night temperature 2 ℃ lower than the upper.3 three layer rate are 70.03%,67.21%and 70.03%respectively,according to period of egg production,each ducks spent 0.46 ¥ a day,each duck eggs calculated at 0.71 ¥,the upper ducks 3000 net income of ¥110.71 a day,middle net profit of $32.83 a day,while the lower loss of ¥64.92 a day,9000 ducks net profit only 78.62 ¥/day.Lower ducks the spleen and liver IL-1 beta gene expression level was significantly higher than the upper(P<0.01).The lower ducks spleen IL-10 gene expression level was significantly higher than the upper(P<0.01).ducksthe spleen and liver TNF-2β gene expression level difference was not significant(P>0.05).Caged ducks of lower light,temperature,wind speed,significantly lower than the upper and the lower caged ducks inflammatory level higher than the upper,these factors may be associated with lower ducks low production performance. |
