The Cow FMD Serological Survey In Suzhou And The Preliminary Promotion Application Of The New Vaccine

Foot and Mouth disease is a acute,heat resistance,high contact infectious disease caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus,which can produce huge harm to the animal husbandry.Now foot-and-mouth disease virus currently found seven serotype,our country is given priority to with type O,type A and type Asia I.Our country will be listed as a class of animal epidemics of the disease.The FMD nonstructural protein antibody test can identify infected animals and vaccine inoculation animals.This study collected 14 scale dairy farms in Suzhou,a total of 460 samples of serology,and detect cow FMD nonstructural protein antibody by FMDV 3ABC detection kit.The experimental results show that there are 13 dairy farms has NSP antibody positive,group of positive rate was 92.86%;74 samples of antibody positive was detected,about 16.09%of the total number of samples.Although,we think there is no FMD outbreak in Suzhou by etiology detection through visiting survey.But there is risk of FMD in Suzhou.The test consider that the FMD nonstructural protein antibody test can provide FMD outbreak alert,the prevention and control department to make corresponding measures as soon as possible.And the test also can screen at the beginning of FMD infected cow,to provide scientific basis for the purification of the FMD.FMD prevention and control in our country implement the policy of "prevention first",and the compulsory immunization is one of the most important prevention and control measures.On FMD vaccine research and production in China is relatively mature.This study chose two scale dairy farms in Zhangjiagang,Zhangjiagang YUNZHILAN Dairy industry co.,LTD.inoculated FMD bivalent inactivated vaccine(type O and type Asia I)+type A inactivated vaccine,ZHAOSHIQING RANCH inoculated FMD trivalent inactivated vaccine(type O,type Asia I and type A).We through regular sampling,and test the immune antibody by LB-ELISA,to scientific grasp of these two kinds of FMD vaccine immune effect.The experimental results show that these two kinds of FMD vaccine can achieve certain protective effect.But the bivalent inactivated vaccine(type O and type Asia I)+type A inactivated vaccine easy to increase the stress response,which is inferior to the FMD trivalent inactivated vaccine(type O,type Asia I and type A).And we those 30 dairy farms pilot inoculate FMD trivalent inactivated vaccine in Suzhou,through a year of immune antibody monitoring,the FMD type O,type Asia I and type A immune antibody qualified rate reached 99.09%.98.66%? 97.53%.The Trivalent inactivated vaccine have more advantages like one time inoculate to achieve better effects and save workers save time.It's suitable for used widely in the dairy firms.
