The use of pesticides provides protection for crop yields,which can greatly reduce crop diseases.However,due to the non-standard use of pesticides and large-scale spraying,it has not only caused harm to food and drug safety,but also made irreparable for soil and natural water bodies.Residues and pollution.Procymidone PCD is a ubiquitous organochlorine pesticide residue.A certain dose can cause malformation,atrophy and pathological changes in human organs.If you are exposed to PCD during pregnancy and early lactation,it will have a serious impact on the sex of newborns.And even change,its harm can be imagined.However,the country does not have a faster,more efficient and stable detection method.The current method for detecting PCD only stays in the combination of chromatography and mass spectrometry.Although the method has good stability,high accuracy and high repeatability,it requires expensive equipment,professional operators and complicated pre-treatment processes.Unfriendly,unable to meet the requirements of timely detection,on-site office,on-site law enforcement,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a method for quickly detecting PCD.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)On the silica nanoparticle skeleton,an organic fluorescent dye(FITC)was modified and the PCD was blotted by suspension polymerization,and then the silica nanoparticles were etched with hydrofluoric acid to obtain a molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor(@ MIF-pcd)was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and nano-particle size analyzer.It was proved that the molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor(@MIF-pcd)was successfully synthesized with a particle size of 500 nm.(2)The optimal concentration of @MIFS-pcd,the saturation adsorption concentration of PCD,the saturation adsorption time of PCD,and the detection specificity were determined.The concentration of @MIFS-pcd is 0.066 mg/mL,andwhen the PCD concentration reaches 400 nM,the degree of adsorption of@MIFS-pcd is saturated,and the detection purpose can be achieved within 18 min.At the same time,the application of @MIFS-pcd to PCD of Jilin University Donghu Lake water and Chinese medicinal materials ginseng under two substrate conditions showed that the PCD concentration was 0-40 nM with good linearity,the detection time was within 20 min,and the standard was recovered.The experimental recovery rate is about 100%,which is comparable to authoritative technologies such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and has broad application prospects and development potential.
