In recent years,a number of large-scale dryland field into paddy cultivation and upgrading projects have been carried out in Hailun. The implementation time of major projects has been concentrated around 2012.Based on the current status of land use survey and agricultural land classification, quantitative assessment of the relationship between the upgrading of hydroponic land improvement projects and key ecosystem services and ecosystem services, followed by the relationship between key ecosystem services The trade-offs and synergies are identified, the causes of the changes in intensity are analyzed, the hotspots and leading service areas of various key ecosystem services are identified, and the synergistic relationship between the key factors is used to formulate the optimal adjustment of regional cultivated land use based on the trade-off relationship. The goal is to incorporate the results of ecosystem service assessment into the decision-making of cultivated land management to achieve sustainable use of regional cultivated land resources. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Dryland-field-into-paddy area provided 20.75%of cultivated land capacity increase,94.55%of water deficit increase,17.6%of carbon reserve increase and8.52%of soil retention increase with 8.27%of land. From this,it can be seen that the upgrading of water-cultivated land in the drought-producing land has promoted the increase of regional cultivated land capacity and carbon storage, and also led to an increase in regional water deficit.(2)In 2007,there was a significant positive correlation between food production and climate regulation services in the farmland ecosystem of Hailun. There were different degrees of positive correlation between food production and soil conservation, climate regulation and soil conservation. The positive correlation between the two is not obvious and tends to be spatially compatible. There are different degrees of negative correlation between hydrological regulation functions and food production, climate regulation and soil conservation services, and there are spatial trade-offs.The trade-off relationship of cultivated land ecosystem services in2017 is basically the same as that in 2007,but there are different degrees of enhancement in intensity.(3)In the ten years of extensive development of the drought-renovated water-cultivated land upgrading project, the existing water volume in Hailun is insufficient to support the current paddy area.It is estimated that the most suitable area for drought-modified water in Hailun is 48263.12 hm~2,and the difference in rice area from 2017 is 3680.19 hm~2.It is necessary to adjust the paddy area and carry out global control of cultivated land ecosystem services.
