Study On Ecosystem Management Based On Accounting For Gep Of Cultivated Land In Liaoning Province

Cultivated land was a kind of non-renewable resource.In the past many years,people had only seen the economic benefits brought by cultivated land and ignored their ecological value.In recent years,the world had begun to pay attention to ecological problems.The ecological functions of cultivated land ecosystems in purifying the environment,conserving water sources,and regulating climate had been gradually recognized.Based on this,this paper took cultivated land ecosystem in Liaoning province as the research object,and used literature data method and comparative analysis method to select corresponding indicators from the perspective of cultivated land ecological supply value,regulation value,support value and cultural value.Took the quality or function of the material and clear market prices to assess the GEP of the cultivated land in the study area.In the form of monetary value to reflect the ecological value of the cultivated land ecosystem in the study area.According to the accounting results,the GEP of cultivated land from the year of 2007 to 2016 in Liaoning province and the GEP of cultivated land in various cities in Liaoning Province in 2016 were compared.The accounting results showed that,the GEP of cultivated land in Liaoning showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing from the year of 2007 to 2016.In 2016,the GEP of cultivated land in Liaoning Province was significantly different.The highest value of cultivated land in Shenyang was 25.52 times of the lowest value of cultivated land GEP in Dandong City.Among the four components of cultivated land GEP,the contribution rate of cultivated land ecological supply was the largest,the GEP components of cultivated land were sorted from big to small by value,the orders were the ecological supply value,the eco-regulation value,the ecological support value and the ecological cultural value.The GEP of cultivated land in different years and different regions were significantly different,and the growth and decline trends were also different,and reflected many ecological problems of cultivated land ecosystems in the study area.According to the accounting results of GEP,and through comparative analysis and combined with the actual situation of cultivated land ecosystem in Liaoning province,it was concluded that the problem of cultivated land ecosystem in the study area were that,the ecological supply value of cultivated land was unstable,the value of ecological adjustment was fluctuating,the value of ecological support was not prominent,and the low contribution of ecological cultural value.The main reasons for the above problems were that,it was unable to effectively deal with extreme climate problems,the cultivated land utilization mode was unenlightened,the unscientific development and management of farming industry,and the development of cultivated land culture industry was weak.Based on above,the countermeasures for ecological management of cultivated land in Liaoning were proposed in a targeted way: improving the ability to cope with extreme climate,improving the utilization mode of cultivated land,scientifically developing and managing the farming industry,and promoting the industrialization of cultivated land culture.
