Study On Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Use Benefit In Suihua City

Cultivated land resources can be said to be an indispensable and important resource for production and life,and also a factor of production on which agricultural production depends.In recent years,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the occupation and demand of arable land have also increased.Some unreasonable and extensive business models have led to the sharp decrease of cultivated land area,and the problems of pollutio n,degradation and food security have increasingly aroused people’s great concern.This paper takes the counties and cities of suihua city as the research area,and takes the cultivated land as the research object,analyzes the current situation of cultivated land utilization,dynamic change of cultivated land utilization benefit time and regional differences in suihua city.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis method,the selection in 2007-2016,the change of the cultivated land utilization benefit,from the analysis on time,the change of the cultivated land benefit,and analyze the suihua situation benefits of cultivated land within their respective jurisdictions,in 2016 from the space difference analysis,from the current situation,dynamic cha nges,regional differences of cultivated land use efficiency evaluation and analysis.The research results show that:(1)analysis of time change of cultivated land use efficiencyDuring the ten years from 2007 to 2016,the overall trend of the economic be nefits of cultivated land use in the research area was steadily improved.The social benefit index of cultivated land use showed a fluctuating growth trend from 2007 to 2016.In this decade,the index of ecological benefit of cultivated land use decreased in a fluctuating manner.Cultivated land use benefit is fluctuant on the whole during this 10 years when comprehensive benefit increases trend.(2)analysis of spatial difference characteristics of cultivated land use benefitsIndex of cultivated land utilization benefit from low to high as Ming Shui county farmland use efficiency index is 0.6249,the cultivated land utilization benefit in lanxi index was 0.6291,qinggang cultivated land utilization benefit index is 0.6303,north forest region of cultivated land utilization benefit index is 0.6373,hailun cultivated land utilization benefit index of 0.6422,wangkui county cultivated land utilization benefit index of 0.6864,zhaodong cultivated land utilization benefit index of 0.7068,anda cultivated land uti lization benefit index of 0.7301,suiling county cultivated land utilization benefit index was 0.7491,qingan cultivated land utilization benefit index of 0.83 87.Through analysis and research,the cultivated land use efficiency of the research area is divided into four grades,including low benefit area,medium benefit area,medium high benefit area and high benefit area.(3)through the analysis of the cultivated land utilization efficiency index in suihua area,the distribution characteristics and regional differences are obtained,and the ways and methods to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of cultivated land are further proposed,including the following aspects: Second,improve the land transfer system to increase the per capita arable la nd area;Third,promote the development of agricultural science and technology;Fourth,to promote regional economic development and scientific use of land.
