| The controllability of the poultry farming environment is critical for the large-scale farming of poultry.The PID control technology and the decoupling algorithm are poorly adapted to the control of the poultry farming environment.Therefore,this paper proposes an avian culture environment control technology based on iterative learning algorithm to solve the controllable problems of controllers in different culture environments.In this paper,the temperature,humidity and light intensity of the three parameters with strong coupling in the poultry house are taken as the controlled objects.The coupling between the three will vary greatly with the setting conditions such as feeding scale and control equipment.The system adjusts the controlled object through the fan,wet curtain and gas discharge lamp,and uses the open-loop PID-type learning rate in the iterative learning algorithm to learn the three controlled objects at any initial value.At the same time,the current output error and the previous output error are used to construct the current control input,and the control amount when controlling temperature,humidity and illumination intensity is learned,and the optimal control is recorded to achieve the desired control.In this paper,the experiment of broiler breeding was carried out.Firstly,the factors affecting the healthy growth of broiler chickens in broiler culture environment were analyzed.Then,the convergence analysis and simulation of iterative learning control algorithm under open-loop P-type learning rate,closed-loop D-type learning rate and open-closed PID learning rate were analyzed.Select the control structure and learning rate suitable for the poultry farming environment control system,and control the temperature,humidity and light intensity at this learning rate.Finally,the bird house temperature and humidity fields were simulated by ANSYS and compared by running the test and the old control system before the study.The results show that under the open-closed-loop PID iterative learning control,the convergence speed and the control effect are better than other control structures and the convergence speed,and the authenticity of the system control under the control algorithm is verified by running tests. |
