With the rapid development of large-scale livestock and poultry farming in China,the problem of unorganized emissions of gaseous pollutants is becoming more and more obvious.Under the guidance of the current"energy saving and emission reduction"and"green water and green hills"environmental protection concepts,the intensive livestock industry needs a new and efficient ammonia and deodorization facility in the process of achieving sustainable development.The design of end air purification platform and key parameters test study for livestock and poultry farming are designed for the purpose of practical application,and a terminal gas pollutant purification treatment test device is built.Through experimental research,a complete set of system control logic and its key parameter combinations have been explored to provide a reference for the product design of livestock and poultry deodorization equipment.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Explore the feasibility of mainstream air purification methods in livestock and poultry breeding environment.Current mainstream air purification methods include:activated carbon adsorption method,high-energy photolysis method,water dissolution method,pickling spray method and biological filter drop method.Among them,the activated carbon adsorption method is not applicable due to high comprehensive cost,difficult waste disposal,and the nature of the material changes with the environment.The high-energy photolysis method also has the problems of high cost and large power consumption of consumables such as catalysts.In other words,The biological filter drop method is environmentally friendly,sustainable,and low in cost,but the screening of highly efficient deodorizing microorganisms is still a problem to be solved;the pure water dissolution method is economical and suitable for ammonia and dust removal,without secondary pollution,as an auxiliary The purification scheme is widely used;the pickling spray method is an extension of industrial deodorization and purification methods in agriculture and has strong feasibility.(2)Established an air purification platform and software and hardware control system for livestock and poultry breeding terminals.It is determined that the pickling spray method and pure water dissolution method are the main purification methods of the test bench,and the corresponding design parameters and operating parameters are selected,including the number of pickling curtain stages,the thickness of the washing curtain,the pH value of the pickling solution,The acid-washing gas-liquid ratio k1,and the water-washing gas-liquid ratio k2.The structural design of the test platform was carried out,and the main structure of the completed construction included:simulation terminal,pressure chamber,pickling chamber and water washing chamber.Carried out the design of the software and hardware system of the test platform,combined with the input and output relationship of the system,designed and assembled the PLC control box.Explore the platform’s automatic operation control logic,design PLC program and host computer interactive interface.It is determined that the method of atomizing the diluted ammonia solution by ultrasonic wave is method for preparing ammonia gas in the subsequent test,and the gas concentration distribution law in the cavity of the test platform is measured by an intelligent monitor.(3)Carried out univariate and orthogonal test key parameters of curing test platform.Determine the various evaluation indicators as export NH3concentration,purification efficiency f0,acid consumption,power consumption and water consumption factors.The variable of each parameter is divided horizontally,and the optimal combination of orthogonal tests is selected as follows:the design parameters correspond to the pickling curtain stage number 1 and the water washing curtain thickness is 20 cm;The operating parameters correspond to a pH value of the pickling solution of 4,The acid-washing gas-liquid ratio k1is 1541.3,and the water-washing gas-liquid ratio k2is 2255.6.
