In this study, eight new species of Magnolia Wufengensis were used as the research objects, and the variety florescence, single plant florescence and single flower florescence of all varieties of 449 Magnolia Wufengensis were observed in 2017.And the climatic factors(temperature, relative air humidity, wind speed and light intensity)at the same time in the growing area were observed. And the effect of meteorological factors on flowering phase of eight new Magnolia Wufengensis species were analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Florescence of eight new Magnolia Wufengensis species:Among the 8 new species of Magnolia Wufengensis,Jiaohong 2 had the longest flowering period;the flowering period of LZP 1 was the shortest and lasted for 22 days. The order of variety florescence from long to short is:Jiaohong 2>Jiaodan=Jiaoyu=LKY 2>Jiaohong 1>Jiaolian>D>LZP 1.Even though environmental conditions, maintenance management, etc.were identical, the florescence of different Magnolia Wufengensisspecies still had inconsistencies.Among the 8 species of Magnolia Wufengensis, the average duration of single plant florescence of Jiaolian was the longest, which was 23.93 days;the single plant florescence of LZP1 was the shortest, only 15.4 days;the average duration of single plant florescence of the other six species of Magnolia Wufengensiswas within the range of 19 days to 22 days. The duration of single plant florescence was less than the duration of variety florescence.Among the 8 species of Magnolia Wufengensis, the single flower flowering period of D had the longest average duration of 19.33 days;LZP 1single flower flowering period was the shortest, only 12.4 days;the average duration of the single flower florescence of other 6 species of Magnolia Wufengensis was 14 days to 18 days. The single flower florescence was significantly less than the variety florescence and the single plant florescence on the duration days.(2)Effect of meteorological factors on flowering phase of new Magnolia Wufengensis species:On March 1 the average temperature reached 8.98?,and the Magnolia Wufengensis entered initial bloom stage;when the average temperature reached 12.59?,Magnolia Wufengensis entered full bloom stage;during the withered flowering period, the average temperature continued to rise, reaching 12.92?;in early April, the Magnolia Wufengensisentered the end of the flowering period, the average temperature during this period was 13.46 ?,which was the highest in four periods. The increase in temperature has accelerated the flowering process of Magnolia Wufengensis, which has an average temperature of about 10? to 15?.The average relative air humidity at the initial bloom stage, full bloom stage, withered flowering period and the end of flowering period of Magnolia Wufengensis was high and the difference was not significant. There was no significant effect between the flowering time of Magnolia Wufengensis and the relative air humidity.During the initial bloom stage and full bloom stage of Magnolia Wufengensis, the average wind speed decreased slightly. After March 25,the average wind speed increased sharply, the withered flowering period of the Magnolia Wufengensis until the end of the flowering period ended. The blooming stage is conducive to the flowering of Magnolia Wufengensis, and the rising wind speed during the withered flowering period and the end of flowering period has certain influence on the falling flowers of Magnolia Wufengensis. The maximum average light intensity during florescence occurred in the initial bloom stage of Magnolia Wufengensis. The average light intensity during the later period was decreased-increased-decreased.Since the observation data was only one year,it could not be seen that there was an accurate correlation between the flowering time of Magnolia Wufengensis and light intensity.
