The forest is not only one of the most important habitats on earth,but also the largest ecosystem in the land.It has many fames,such as "beautification division of nature","lung of the earth" and "natural oxygen bar".As an important natural resource,The forest plays a key role in maintaining the ecological balance on earth.At present,the world is facing many problems,such as the increasingly prominent environment,the deterioration of the environment and the scarcity of resources.People are also aware of the importance of forest resources to the survival and development of mankind.In order to sustainably use the important resources of forests and human beings,Sustainable development,we need to take more effective management and supervision of forest resources means to establish a modem,informative and intelligent forest resources management information system platform is particularly urgent.Therefore,this paper studies on the design and software implementation of the basic platform for the management of forest resources.The basic platform of forest resource management and management is developed by using C#programming language under the environment of Visual Studio2010 platform.It is developed by ArcGIS Enginelo.2 component GIS technology and DevExpress third-party Ul control.Platform database including Geodatabase spatial database and SQLSever 2008,Excel and other attribute database.The basic platform of forest resources management realized five basic functional modules include GIS basic operation,forest basic data table,forest resources survey,forest observation data post-processing and forest management auxiliary decision-making.Among them,the GIS basic operation module includes GIS-related basic functions such as data loading,basic map operations,attribute operations,layer editing and layer management.The corresponding business functions of the forest basic digital meter module includes the national binary product volume and the provincial one-Calculation,the calculation of the common binaly volume of the main tree species in China,and the derivation of the numerical method to calculate the volume,the modeling of tree precision measurement,the calculation of biomass and the calculation of carbon storage;the forest resources investigation module mainly includes the division of the forest,area adjustment and UAV remote sensing inversion of forest parameters.The forest observation data post-processing module can conveniently and quickly make a statistical analysis of the field observation data of the forest resources survey,The function is the calculation of the coordinates of the sample plots,plots area calculation,the sampling of wood radial order,the circular sample observation,the polygon sample observation and the 3D angle measurement;the forest management auxiliary decision module includes clustering analysis of small class operations,afforestation design and thinning management function.The platform not only organically combines spatial data of forest resources,field survey data and other data,but also provides a series of data processing and calculation tools and decision support methods for forestry department staff to meet the needs of forest resource management.At the same time,the research and implementation of forest resources management basic platform not only improve the level of forestry informatization,but also provide some scientific basis for forest resource management and Formulation of forest management scheme.
