Analysis And Management Countermeasures Of Forest Resources In State Owned Forest Farm Of Horqin Right Wing Front Banner

In order to provide theoretical and technical support for forest management of seven forest farms in Horqin Right Wing Front Banner,the forest resources of the forest farm were taken as the research object,and the research methods of data analysis,in-situ investigation and induction were adopted,combined with the forest resources class II survey data in 2015 and the forest land change data in 2016-2018,This thesis analyzes the current situation of forest resource sources and the corresponding forest resource management technology,The results showed that:(1)The state-owned forest farm includes four management areas:water source protection,windbreak and sand fixation,timber forest and economic forest.The forest area is 244227.9 hm~2,the shrub area is 95401.4 hm~2,and the forest coverage rate is94.12%.The volume of standing trees is 6574488m~3,with an average volume of26.87m~3/hm~2,which is only 29.93%of the average volume per unit area of the eighth forest inventory in China.The young forest of natural origin was dominant,all of which were pure forests of the same age.The area of Quercus mongolica forest and Betula platyphylla forest accounted for 47.89%and 39.88%respectively.7 forest farms have shelter forest and timber forest,3 forest farms have economic forest.The vast majority of forests are in the state of"health"and"sub-health",and the forest ecological function level is"medium".(2)The economic forest and its area are planned to be increased in the seven forest farms.The forest type structure is composed of three first-class forest types,i.e.protective forest,timber forest and economic forest,and five corresponding second-class forest types,forming the corresponding forest type structure with water source protection area,wind prevention and sand fixation area,timber forest area and economic forest area.(3)The implementation plan of age group adjustment was formulated.According to three situations,the operation steps and adjustment time nodes of young forest dominant,middle-aged forest and over mature forest dominant,and unbalanced age group structure adjustment were put forward.Through the adjustment of five age classes,the area of young forest,middle-aged forest,near mature forest and mature forest was basically equal.(4)The proportion of non dominant tree species in water conservation forest and windbreak and sand fixation forest was gradually increased to form mixed forest,so as to improve stand structure and protection function.(5)According to the characteristics of poor site conditions,barren soil layer,wind sand irrigated grassland,remote location,small proportion and great difficulty of artificial afforestation in barren mountains and sand suitable for afforestation,the thesis puts forward a scheme of vegetation restoration of shrub grassland mainly by closing mountains(sand)for grass cultivation and irrigation,supplemented by hole supplementary sowing of Caragana microphylla in rainy season.(6)The objectives,principles and objects of forest tending in the forest farm were defined.According to the current situation of forest resources and the needs of water source protection,wind prevention and sand fixation management in the forest farm,the specific measures of tending and thinning of young and middle-aged forest,tending and thinning of mature forest of public welfare forest,renewal cutting and replanting renewal were implemented.(7)The forest land with gentle slope,deep and fertile soil layer,leeward and sunny shelterbelt was established,and the economic forest plan was constructed by replacing sand fruit,apple and blueberry through renewal and cutting.
