Research On Cornus Walteri Cutting Propagation Technology

Cornus walteri's fruit can be used as a good raw material for biodiesel.It has a wide application prospect in the field of biomass energy.However,there are fewer varieties of improved species and they are mostly propagated using seedlings.The traditional seedlings have a high coefficient of variation in reproduction,and vegetative propagation technology is still under development.It is difficult to meet the needs of a large number of seedlings in the market for a short period of time.However,the rooting rate of cutting methods made by previous generations is low,and the test conditions are not clear to explain.The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of environmental factors such as environmental temperature,type and concentration of growth regulators,treatment time,matrix type,and cutting time on the rooting of hardwood and softwood of Cornus walteri through orthogonal experiments.The results show:(1)For hardwood cuttings,the influence of each factor on the rooting index of hardwood cuttings was:growth regulator concentration>treatment time>growth regulator type,and growth regulator concentration played a leading role.The optimal combination of hardwood cuttings was:Hardwood cuttings were soaked in 100mg/L ABT rooting powder for 1 hour,the rooting rate reached 82.3%,and the rooting index was 11.72cm.In addition,the hardwood cuttings treated with the bud treatment took root.The rate is significantly better than untreated cuttings.When the substrate temperature is 20-25?,it is more conducive to hardwood cuttings rooting.(2)The effect of four factors on the rooting index of softwood cuttings was:substrate type>growth regulator concentration>treatment time>growth regulator type.The results of two trials of Cornus walteri cuttings showed that the optimal combination of Cornus walteri softwood cuttings was as follows:Softwood cuttings were soaked in 50 mg/L NAA solution for 60 min,and the cuttings were inserted in perlite+ vermiculite(1:1).The rooting effect was the best in the medium,with the highest rooting rate of 76.1%and the rooting index of 19.12cm.In the selected three experimental time points,the best time for softwood cuttings was early July.(3)Comprehensively analyzing the results of hardwood cuttings and softwood cuttings,the factors such as temperature and humidity in the external environment have a great influence on the rooting of pods,and in the external factors related to growth regulators,the rooting condition The effect size is generally growth regulator concentration>treatment time>growth regulator type.
