Research On Cash Flow Management Of Yonganlinye Based On Added Value

Perphaps every bankrupt enterprise have its own specific reasons for failure.But overall,the enterprise which successful survive in the fierce competitive environment,has one commoncharacteristic:excellent cash flow.As a forestry listed company,Yonganlinye's main business is the artificial panel manufacture industry.But with the excess capacity and policy of limiting the cutting,this industry is highly competitive.In order to improve operating performance,Yonganlinye acquired SY company in 2015,who's main business is furniture manufacturing.Based on the annual report data,I found that the cash flow of Yonganlinye is not enough in the process of compiling the cash flow statement for management.In order to improve the entity cash flow management of Yonganlinye and enhance it's enterprise value,this paper uses literature review method,case study method and chart analysis method,and combined with the macro environment,industry environment and Yonganlinye's own situation,from the external factors and internal factors of non-financial aspects to put forward methods to improve the entity cash flow and enterprise value.And in the system of statement for management,this paper assesses the value of Yonganlinye with discount cash flow method,and uses sensitivity analysis method to find out the driving factors of entity cash flow and enterprise value.
