Eucryptorrhynenus scrobiculatus Motschulsky and Eucryptorrhynchus brandti(Harold)specifically harm to Ailanthus altissima.In recent years,they have been caused serious damage in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The skirt style capture device used at the base,as one of the most important control measures of E.scrobiculatus,is very simple to use beganning in April 2016 in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.However,there are still more than 30%escape rate when using the skirt style capture device in the field,and the device can also capture other pests.In order to improve the capture effect of E.scrobiculatus,and provide basis for other pests are controlled by this fishing nets.In this paper,the skirt style capture device has been improved to improve the capture effect of E.scrobiculatus,and the capture principle has been identified.In addition,in order to study the relationship between E.scrobiculatus and E.brandti from the perspective of digestive physiology,we measured and compared the types and activities of cellulases in the alimentary canal that the adults of E.scrobiculatus and E.brandti.1.We studied by field capture test,marker recapture test and indoor artificial control experiment improved the skirt style capture device,and identified the capture principle.The main results obtained can be summarized as follows:(1)The use position of the skirt style capture device has no obvious effect on the capture result,so in practical application,the skirt style capture device can be arranged in the trunk diameter of Ailanthus altissima.The layers of the skirt style capture device also has no impact on the capture effect,therefore,a single-layer skirt style capture device should be used in the field.The width of 35cm skirt style capture device can gain the best capture result in the field.(2)Three different capture devices are designed:non-skirt style capture device,no sponge-skirt style capture device,skirt style capture device with a sponge.The capture effect of skirt style capture device with sponge strip was significantly higher than the other two.The capture rates of the three capture devices are as follows:Skirt style capture device with sponge strip>No sponge strip-skirt style capture device>Non-skirt style capture device.(3)E.scrobiculatus can smoothly crawl on the net of the skirt style capture device.The skirt style capture device is essentially a barrier device and not a sticky net device.The capture principle is to use the skirt fishing nets to obstruct E.scrobiculatus crawling on the tree,and then using the cable winds the foot,head,beak,back of E.scrobiculatus to capture.(4)The average capture rate of the device for E.scrobiculatus is 92.08±2.69%,and the average capture rate of the device for E.brandti is 11.48±3.59%.This indicates that the device can well control E.scrobiculatus but cannot effectively control on E.brandti in the field.(5)The peak of emergence of E.scrobiculatus almost the same in Haojiaqiao and Lingwu farm,appeared May 5-May 20?June 25-July 17 and August 15-August 30,but it is different from the peak of emergence of E.scrobiculatus in Wuganqu,.The peak of emergence of E.scrobiculatus in Wuganqu was delayed by nearly one month compared with the other two plots.In conclusion,through the improvement of the skirt style capture device,this paper chooses the best capture device for the wire-skirt style capture device,which has an average capture rate of 98%.Therefore,the control of E.scrobiculatus can be used the wire-skirt style capture device to improve the capture effect in the field.2.The types and activities of cellulases in the alimentary canal that the adults of E.scrobiculatus and E.brandti were determined by the kit method.The main results included:(1)There is complete cellulases system in the alimentary canal that the adults of E.scrobiculatus and E.brandti,and the cellulases activity of E.scrobiculatus and E.brandti is Cx>?>C1.(2)Three cellulases activities of E.scrobiculatus were significantly higher than the cellulases activities of E.brandti.
