| This study takes licorice in different locations of photovoltaic power plants(under and between panels in the central area of photovoltaic power plants,under and between panels in the outer area of photovoltaic power plants,and in the area without photovoltaic power plants)as the research object,and studies the effects of photovoltaic panels on licorice growth,yield and medicines by combining field investigation and indoor analysis.The environmental factors which are beneficial to the quality and high yield of licorice were screened out,which laid a theoretical and technical foundation for artificial cultivation of high quality licorice and rational utilization of land resources.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of the upper part and the main root diameter of the subplate area were better than that of the interplate area,and the upper part of the central area of photovoltaic power station was better than that of the outer area of photovoltaic power station.The crude development of the main root of licorice in the peripheral area of photovoltaic power station is better than that in the central area of photovoltaic power station.licorice growing in the area with photovoltaic power plant is better than that in the area without photovoltaic power plant.(2)The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and Photosynthetic Pigments Content of licorice in the area under the plate were higher than those in the area under the plate.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and Photosynthetic Pigments Content of licorice in the peripheral area of photovoltaic power station were higher than those in the central area of photovoltaic power station,but the intercellular CO2 concentration was opposite.The photosynthesis of licorice in the area with photovoltaic power plant is higher than that in the area without photovoltaic power plant.(3)The content of osmotic regulators and the activity of protective enzymes of licorice in the inter-plate area were higher than those in the sub-plate area.The content of licorice osmotic regulators and the activity of protective enzymes in the outer area of photovoltaic power station are higher than those in the central area of photovoltaic power station.Glycyrrhiza uralensis osmotic adjustment substance content and protective enzyme activity in non-photovoltaic power plant area are higher than those in photovoltaic area.(4)The yield of licorice and the content of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in the area under board were higher than those in the area between boards.The yield of licorice and the content of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in the peripheral area of photovoltaic power station are higher than those in the central area of photovoltaic power station.The yield of licorice in the area with photovoltaic power plant is higher than that in the area without photovoltaic power plant.(5)According to the comprehensive evaluation of principal components,the order of licorice quality in different locations of photovoltaic power station is:under the photovoltaic panel of the outer edge of photovoltaic power station>between two rows of photovoltaic panel of the outer edge of photovoltaic power station>between two rows of photovoltaic panel of the central photovoltaic power station>non-photovoltaic area>under the photovoltaic panel of the central photovoltaic power station.The multiple linear regression model based on principal component analysis and factor analysis showed that photosynthesis could affect the quality of licorice,and indirectly regulate the quality of licorice. |
