| The separating screen of potato harvester is the core component of the rod-chain separating screen potato harvester.In view of the shortcomings of incomplete separation of potato soil,high breakage rate of potatoes and difficulty in breaking up large pieces of soil,an optimized scheme is proposed for the re-covering of separated potatoes in the separating screen of potato harvester.Firstly,the swing rod and screen surface of separating screen are studied by combining theoretical analysis with virtual simulation,and the improved method is found according to the research results.The optimization design method was used to optimize the proposed improved separation sieve,and the optimization results were verified by experiments.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the fact that it is difficult for potato harvesters to break up large pieces of soil and then cover potatoes again to reduce the rate of open potato when separating potato soil,the acceleration required for soil separation was analyzed by combining theoretical analysis with experimental research,and the minimum acceleration of soil separation was 19.35m/s2.(2)Modeling the separation screen of potato harvester and simulating the movement of the separation screen.Through theoretical analysis and virtual simulation,the method of improving the structure of separating sieve is clear.The objective function and boundary conditions of structural optimization are searched.The objective function and boundary conditions are input into MATLAB to optimize the screen surface and swing bar,and the optimization results are obtained.(3)RecurDyn software was used to analyze the impact damage of potatoes on the separating screen of potato harvester,and to compare the separating screen before and after optimization.Through analysis,the optimized separation screen of potato harvester reduces the damage to potatoes.(4)Improving the potato harvester test-bed and carrying out single factor and interaction tests on the structure to be improved.The test data were imported into Design-expert to optimize,and the optimum combination of structural parameters was selected according to the optimization results:the length of swing rod was 425 mm,the length of screen surface was 495 mm,and the angle between front and back swing rods was 0 degrees. |
