| The main function of the swing separating screen of the potato excavator is to screen the potato soil mixture,and it is one of the core working parts of the potato excavator.At present,potato harvesting in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region mostly uses sieving potato excavators.Therefore,the kinetic analysis and experimental research on the swing separating screen has important scientific and practical significance.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research to study the coupling analysis of the vibration of the sieve body and the movement of the potato soil mixture,the screening characteristics of the swing separator,and the optimization of the sieve body parameters.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,according to the movement of the potato-soil mixture on the sieve surface,the mechanical models of sliding motion,throwing motion and vibration coupling equations are established,and the vibration coupling equations are solved to obtain: the first approximate solution of the equation,material binding coefficient,damping coefficient,The working amplitude,phase difference angle and other coefficients of the screen body,the parameters that affect the material binding coefficient and damping coefficient change are: crank speed,screen surface inclination,crank radius and swing direction angle,using orthogonal test,range analysis,variance Analysis and other methods have obtained the law of the influence of different structural parameters of the swing separating screen on the binding coefficient and damping coefficient of the material.(2)The field vibration test was carried out on the swing separating sieve,and the RMS value of vibration acceleration under all working conditions was statistically analyzed.The effect of the change of the RMS value of acceleration on the separation of potato soil mixture,potato movement state and potato damage was analyzed.Influence,obtained the change rule and characteristics of the root mean square value of the vibration acceleration of the separating screen.The results show that the vibration acceleration of the screen body is related to the crank radius,crank speed and swing direction angle,and has nothing to do with the inclination of the screen surface.The effective value of acceleration in the X and Y directions of the oscillating separating screen increases with the continuous increase of the crank radius and crank speed.(3)A high-speed camera was used to synchronously shoot the dynamic changes of the potato on the sieve surface,and the motion image of the potato on the sieve surface was obtained.The single factor analysis of the sieve structure parameters on the sieving effect of the potato soil mixture was found.The influence of different structural parameters on the screening effect of potato soil mixture is discussed.The sieving effect of the potato soil mixture under all working conditions is compared and analyzed.The priority is the low rate of potato damage.When the crank speed is 180 r/min,the swing direction angle is 16.8°,the sieve surface inclination angle is 9.7 °,and the crank radius is 35 mm.When the oscillating separating sieve has the best sieving effect on potatoes,under this parameter combination,the moving speed of the potatoes on the sieve surface is 0.512m/s,the rate of bright potatoes is 96.6%,and the rate of damaged potatoes is 3.1%. |
