Most tomatoes in Guangxi are grown in dry land.Because of the influence of climate conditions, frequent cropping changes and short production cycle lead to serious weed damage and endanger the growth of crops.No-tillage cultivation of tomato can not only reduce the impact of weeds on tomato yield and quality, but also has the advantages of saving labor costs and reducing pesticide pollution. This experiment uses the combination of grafting technology and different cultivation techniques.Under the conditions of conventional cultivation and no-tillage cultivation, the cherry tomato variety“Xi Da Ying Fen No.1" is used as the scion, and the two excellent rootstocks of the research group are compared. The effects of different cultivation modes and different rootstock grafting on tomato fruit traits were studied, and the rootstocks suitable for no-till cultivation were screened out..In order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of grafting technology and no-tillage cultivation model in tomato cultivation,so as to achieve the goal of waterlogging and drought prevention, reducing labor intensity, saving labor and cost in production. The experimental results show that:(1)No matter both in conventional tillage mode and no-tillage cultivation mode, compared with ZSX-2,the grafted seedlings of ZSX-1 had significant advantages in fruit diameter, fruit quality, pulp thickness and titratable acid(p<0.05).However,the grafted seedlings of ZSX-2 had significant advantages over the grafted seedlings of ZSX-1 in terms of leaf length and width, soluble solid content, soluble sugar content,sugar-acid ratio, shoot and fresh weight(p<0.05).(2)In terms of yield, the yield of grafted seedlings ZSX-1 was up to 5,152 kg per mu under conventional farming mode. The average yield of ZSX-1 grafted seedlings under conventional tillage mode was 224 kg(4.55%)higher than that of ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under the same mode, and 84 kg(1.65%)higher than that of ZSX-1 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation. The average yield per mu of ZSX-1 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation mode was 222 kg(4.58%)higher than that of ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under the same mode, and 140 kg(2.84%)higher than that of ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under conventional conditions. The difference did not reach a significant level(p>0.05)(3)In terms of single fruit weight,ZSX-1 grafted plants under no-till cultivation mode had significant advantages(p<0.05).In the no-tillage cultivation mode, the single fruit weight of the ZSX-1 grafted seedlings increased by 12.30%compared with the ZSX-2 grafted seedlings. The single fruit weight of ZSX-1 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation increased by 1.97%compared with that of ZSX-1 grafted seedlings under conventional cultivation.However,ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation had significant advantages in fruit soluble solid content, soluble sugar,sugar-acid ratio(p<0.05),and compared with ZSX-1 grafted fruit, soluble solid content. The increase was 6.89%,the soluble sugar content increased by 6.80%,and the sugar-acid ratio increased by 10.34%.And under conventional tillage conditions,ZSX-2 compared with ZSX-1 grafted seedlings, the content of soluble solids in fruits increased by 6.30%,the content of soluble sugar increased by 5.19%,and the ratio of sugar to acid increased by 12.38%.The soluble sugar content of the ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation mode was the highest in all treatments.(4)From the point of view of labor cost,no-tillage can save turn over the ground compared with conventional farming, saving an average of 1.5 days per mu,combined with 100 yuan per day of wages in Wuming District of Nanning, and saving per mu in no-till mode. The labor cost is 150 yuan.In summary, the grafted seedlings of Xi Da Ying Fen No.1 were basically not affected by the cultivation mode, and no-tillage cultivation of tomato could be applied in production.Through the comparison between the two rootstocks, the grafted seedlings of ZSX-1 under conventional tillage mode had no significant difference in yield compared with the grafted seedlings of ZSX-1 under no-tillage conditions(p>0.05),and no-tillage could save 150 yuan per mu of labor cost. The ZSX-2 grafted seedlings under no-tillage cultivation had significant advantages over those under conventional cultivation in soluble sugar, soluble solids and sugar-acid ratio(p<0.05).From this,it can be known that in the selection of rootstocks, the rootstock ZSX-1 is used in pursuit of yield, and the rootstock ZSX-2 is used in pursuit of fruit taste.
