China is a big consumer of pork food,and the scale and stock of pig farming rank first in the world.But the production efficiency needs to be improved urgently,and the quality of breeding pigs is one of the important factors affecting the production efficiency.Especially after being attacked by African swine fever,this need has become more urgent.The National Pig Genetic Improvement Plan(2009-2020),which was officially released in August 2009,proposes to continuously improve the quality of pig population through joint breeding from the national strategic level.The implementation of regional joint breeding can not only improve the technical level of the core pig farms in the region,but also help the implementation of the national joint breeding program by strengthening genetic links.Therefore,under this premise,we should actively explore regional joint breeding work.In this study,the phenotypic data of growth and reproductive traits were collected and analyzed in Anhui Endogenous Pig Breeding Farm.Among them,growth traits include 100 kg body weight,age and back fat thickness,reproductive traits include total litter size.BLUP method was used to calculate the breeding value of each trait,and the selection index was obtained by economic weighting of EBV of different traits.The results are as follows:1.The overall correlation among the five fields needs to be improved.The correlation rates of field one and field two Duroc pigs,Landrace pigs and large white pigs were 1.40%,1.90%and 4.20%respectively.The correlation rates of three varieties of field two and field three were 0.50%,1.60%and 0.10%,respectively,and the correlation rate of other fields was 0.2.The first and second farm,three varieties pigs reached 100 kilograms of body weight,and the effect was better in 2012-2017 years.The two field EBV values showed a relatively stable downward trend,but the other fields had great fluctuation and unstable change.3.The third pig farm has been declining the breeding of Duroc pig back.The fourth pig farm Landrace and Large White Pig have improved genetic progress after 2014 and have a steady decline.Other fields in these years The fluctuations are large and particularly unstable.4.The genetic breeding of the total litter size in the first farm was better,while the genetic progress of this trait was unstable and fluctuating.In particular,the EBV value of the three breeds of pigs in the third farm has been declining in the target traits of total litter size.5.1n the regional joint progress analysis,three breed pigs had better breeding effect on 100 kg body weight day and the breeding value showed a steady downward trend.Duroc’s back fat thickness showed a steady downward trend after 2013,and Landrace and Large White Pig fluctuated greatly.The total litter size of the three varieties fluctuated greatly,and the genetic progress could not change steadily.
