The research on the optimization of pig feed formula can improve the comprehensive and effective utilization of feed,help solve the increasingly tense and complex problems of raw materials,and play a key role in the sustainable development of economy and society.With the constant change of breeding scale and user demand,the optimization of pig feed formula has become more and more important.In this paper,by analyzing the problems and shortcomings of the traditional feed ratio method,the feed formula method based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed,and the feed formula optimization scheme for different weight stages of live pigs was developed,which was beneficial to the precision breeding of farmers.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The existing problems in the traditional feed mix method were analyzed.Firstly,the existing manual calculation method has been difficult to meet the needs of actual production.Secondly,the traditional feed proportion methods such as linear programming and objective programming can only solve the problems with fewer constraints and smaller scale,and it is difficult to solve the feed formula problem with more variables and more constraints.(2)Constructed and solution of pig feed formula model.Based on the principle of feed formula design,the feed formula model was constructed with the minimum economic cost of the feed formula as the objective function,the minimum nutrition standard required for the growth of live pigs and the upper and lower limits of the amount of raw materials as the constraints.In order to get the pig feed formula of the optimal solution,some improvements were made to the standard genetic algorithm,such as using real number coding instead of binary encoding,use the improved selection of strategy and selection of elite reserved strategy operation,using adaptive crossover and mutation operations,improve the feed formula design of genetic algorithm,thus solving the pig feed formula.(3)Designed the optimization scheme of pig feed formula.The feed formula simulation experiment was carried out on the growth and finishing pigs at the stage of 20kg-50kg,and the simulation results were compared with the standard genetic algorithm.The simulation results showed that the improved genetic algorithm had great advantages over the standard genetic algorithm in terms of optimization accuracy and optimization results,as well as higher optimization efficiency and better optimization results.Thus the formulation optimization scheme of pig feed at different weight stages was formulated.(4)A pig feeding system based on improved genetic algorithm was designed.Linear programming,genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm were used to mix pig feed,and different feed formulations were designed according to different weight stages.Then,the feasibility and rationality of the feed ratio based on the improved genetic algorithm were verified through the actual feed and the corresponding feed at different weight stages.It is conducive to the further realization of precision breeding.
