Investigation And Research On The Status Of Insecption And Quarantine Of Pig Slaughter In Henan Province

With the rapid economic development of Henan Province and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,pork has become a food that can be seen everywhere on the daily table of residents.At present,the consumption of pork in Henan Province accounts for more than 60%of the total amount of meat,so it is especially important to ensure the quality and quality of pork.Pig slaughtering is linked to pig breeding,and one directly connects people's consumption of pork products.The slaughter inspection and quarantine of pigs is the most important barrier for slaughtering pigs.We will carry out slaughter inspection and quarantine of pigs,do a good job in pig slaughtering inspection and quarantine work,improve the standardization of slaughtering inspection and quarantine behavior of pig slaughtering enterprises in Henan Province,improve the development level of pig slaughtering industry in Henan Province,and ensure the safety and guarantee of animal-derived food.Public health security is of great importance.Although China has already formulated laws,regulations and norms for guiding slaughter inspection and quarantine of pigs,there are still many problems in pig slaughter inspection,quarantine and supervision.In order to further standardize the inspection and quarantine behavior of pig slaughter in Henan Province,improve the development level of the pig slaughtering industry in Henan Province,and maintain the safety of people on the tongue,.From May 2018 to March 2019,the author conducted a sample survey of pig slaughtering enterprises in several cities in Henan Province.And face-to-face interviews with some veterinary authorities and relevant staffto understand the local pig slaughter inspection,quarantine work and its regulatory status,and master the first-hand information.Through investigation,it is found that the current comprehensive quality of inspection personnel in pig slaughter in our province is low,the construction of inspection and testing facilities is imperfect,the slaughtering inspection behavior is not standardized,the construction of inspection and testing facilities is imperfect,the slaughtering inspection behavior is not standardized,and the slaughtering and quarantine personnel The comprehensive quality needs to be improved,the equipment for slaughtering and quarantine facilities needs to be improved and updated,the level of quarantine operation behavior needs to be improved,the laws and regulations on slaughter of pigs are not perfect,and the supervision is not strict enough.These problems are not conducive to the further development of the slaughtering inspection and quarantine behavior of pigs in our province to a higher standard,and will also pose a threat to the quality and safety of meat.And it restricts the good development of the slaughtering industry in our province.Through investigation and analysis of Henan Province pig slaughter inspection,quarantine status,and study of laws and regulations on the slaughter of pigs and regulatory documents requirements and reference to domestic and international advanced pig slaughter inspection,quarantine work methods.I proposed countermeasures and suggestions for improving the inspection and quarantine of pig slaughter in Henan Province.These countermeasures and suggestions are to improve the requirements for inspectors,increase the introduction and construction of inspection facilities and equipment,strengthen vocational training,implement a strict supervision and examination system,improve the performance appraisal system,improve the entry threshold for quarantine personnel,and select outstanding talents.Strengthen the construction and renewal of quarantine facilities,pay attention to the training and education of quarantine personnel,improve the construction of legal and regulatory standards system for pig slaughtering industry,implement supervisory duties,promote the management of pig slaughtering industry,encourage and guide industry associations and social groups to participate in supervision and management of pig slaughtering.In addition,the slaughter inspection and quarantine work system was discussed,and the merger of the slaughtering inspection and quarantine work of pigs was discussed.
