Canine pseudorabies are acute and fatal diseases caused by pseudorabies virus Pseudorabies virus?PRV?infection in dogs.The mortality rate of dogs infected with PRV is as high as 100%,and the mechanism of infection is still incomplete.In this study,the canine pseudorabies virus isolated from the dog host and the porcine pseudorabies virus isolated from the pig host were artificially infected dogs.Healthy and fully immunized adult dogs were divided into three experimental dogs?two mothers and one male?,the control group?Con?,was divided into three dogs?two mothers and one male?,and the canine origin group?TC?,was divided into three?two mothers and one male?.Three pigs?two mothers and one male?with?TS?were examined by gross section,histopathology,immunohistology and electron microscope.In order to understand whether there are differences in the pathogenicity of pseudorabies virus isolated from different host strains to dogs,and to provide scientific basis for further understanding of the pathogenesis of PRV.The results were as follows:?1?Hypodermic injection of PRV was performed in dogs.The TCID50 titers of porcine TCID50 were 10-6.5/0.1mL and 10-6.47/0.1mL respectively.The anatomic lesions of dogs died of cerebral cortex hyperemia,cardiac bleeding and valve thrombosis.There are bleeding spots in the digestive system,congestion in the lungs and incomplete contraction of the spleen.Histopathological changes were mainly medulla oblongata,spinal cord non-suppurative encephalitis and acute glomerulonephritis.?2?Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the distribution of PRV in canine tissues and organs:inguinal lymph nodes,lungs,cerebellum,spinal cord and medulla oblongata were positive.There was no significant difference between PRV antigen positive and negative positive tissues.?3?It was observed by electron microscope that the damage of canine and pig pseudorabies virus to the brain,cerebellum,heart,kidney,lung,liver and spleen had abnormal nuclear morphology and structure.There was no significant difference in chromatin boundary set or block set in nucleus.Conclusion:the viral titer of PRV affects the replication of canine model of artificial infection with pseudorabies virus,and there is no significant difference in the pathological damage caused by the virus titers from swine pseudorabies virus.
