In this paper,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of pressed sand melon cultivation,Reviews the research status and progress of domestic and foreign pressed sand melon,and uses contrast and orthogonal tests to carry out different water quality,different cultivation methods,different varieties and different irrigation quotas.The study on the effects of pHotosynthesis,yield and quality of sand-sanded sand in old sand provides a theoretical basis and scientific method for local farmers to produce in the production of pressed sand melon.This experiment has realized the combination of theory and practice.The main results are as follows:1.Using contrast test,the effects of different cultivation methods and irrigation quotas on the growth traits,yield and quality of watermelon in new and old sand-pressed land were studied under the condition of drip irrigation under film.The results showed that:Grafted seedlings were better than self-rooted seedlings.The number of grafted seedlings in new and old sands was 57.21%and 83.68%higher than that of self-rooted seedlings.The yield of watermelon increased with the increase of irrigation quota.The yield of grafted seedlings was higher than that of self-rooted seedlings,and the yield of xjc3(JJ)was the highest,which was 5405.34 kg/667m2.The quality of self-rooted seedlings was better than that of grafted seedlings.The best quality treatment was xjcl(ZG),and the solid-acid ratio was 20.7.The relationship between irrigation quota and quality and water production efficiency was negatively correlated,and the relationship with other factors was Positively related changes.According to the comprehensive analysis,the best irrigation system suitable for local compacted sand melon cultivation is:Jincheng No.5 grafted seedling,the irrigation quota is 144m3/667m2,the irrigation frequency is 8 times,and the fertilizer application amount is 10kg/667m2.2.Using contrast test,the desert storm and Zhongqing No.5 grafted seedlings were selected in the new and old sands,and the brackish water and purified water were used for different irrigation quota drip irrigation tests.The results show:The growth of new sand land is better than that of old sand land;the growth index and yield are higher than that of brackish water,and both increase with the increase of irrigation quota.The output of Zhongqing No.5 is higher than desert storm,and xzq3(j)is treated.The largest output is 4941.62 kg/667m2.The pHotosynthesis values of the indicators are greater than the purified water.The quality is that brackish water is superior to purified water,and the quality is the best when it is treated with low water.According to the comprehensive analysis,the best irrigation system suitable for local compacted sand melon cultivation is:Zhongqing No.5,grafted seedlings,purified water,irrigation quota of 144m3/667m2,irrigation times of 8 times,and fertilization amount of 10kg/667m2.3.Using contrast test,the grafting seedlings of Desert Storm,Jincheng No.5 and Zhongqing No.5 were selected in the new and old sands to carry out different irrigation quota drip irrigation experiments.The results show that:The growth of new sand land is better than that of old sand land;with the increase of irrigation quota,growth index,yield,pHotosynthetic intensity,etc.continue to increase,Zhongqing No.5 is better than the other two varieties in the initial growth,Jincheng No.5 is higher than other For the two varieties,the yield of xjc3(j)was the largest,which was 5405.34 kg/667m2,and the net pHotosynthetic rate treatment was xjc3(j),which was 23.26?mol·m-2 s-1.The maximum chloropHyll content was xzq3(j);the content of vitamin C and total acid increased with the increase of irrigation quota in new and old sand land,and the soluble sugar content and soluble solid content increased with irrigation quota in new and old sand land.Big is decreasing.The best irrigation system suitable for local compacted sand melon cultivation is:Jincheng No.5,grafted seedlings,irrigation quota of 144m3/667m2,irrigation times of 8 times,and fertilization amount of 10kg/667m2.4.The four-factor and three-level orthogonal design method was used to study the effects of water,fertilizer and gas on the growth,yield and quality of pressed sand melon.The results of extreme difference and variance were used to analyze the factors that affect the yield.:Irrigation quota(A)>Fertilization amount(B)>Ventilation(C)>Degree of opening(D),the maximum yield of ZJ3 treatment is 4637.73 kg/667m2;Irrigation quota has a significant effect on vitamin C,fertilization has a significant effect on total acid content,aeration and membrane opening degree have no significant effect on each index.considering the various indicators,the analysis is suitable for local pressure.The optimal plan for the cultivation of sand melon is:A3B3C1D3,the irrigation quota is 144m3/667m2,the irrigation frequency is 8 times,the fertilizer application amount is 14kg/667m2,the aeration is deep ploughing,and the membrane opening degree is macroporous.
